Hi guys...I have a confession to make...
OK...so before RR...I had never watched a TV serial...where two people ...I mean the leads are married comfortably ...
Most of what I have watched so far...
The leads are in love...haven't gotten married...
The leads hate each other for some reason and are married...
The leads are married but not committed to the relationship ...
It has often been fun to watch them get to a point where they are in love, married and fully committed to each other...
So, I don't know what to make out of a show like RR...where they seem to have already gotten to what I usually consider the destination for a show I am watching...
I ask myself...so what's next?
Happily ever after? Is there such a thing on a daily show?

I am jumping ahead of myself...today's issue is about a couple for who it was certainly not HAPPILY EVER AFTER...yes yes...Dilsher and Mala...

So Rudy boy hears his moms side...even when he didn't want to...
What is he to do?
Everything he has believed in so far, his truth comes crashing down...
He refuses to believe first but then confronts Dilsher...
Is it the truth? Was he too responsible?
And when face with the truth...His outburst is natural...
So it's about the two of you...you both screwed it up...
But what about me?
What about him indeed...

Just because there was a reason for her to leave...everything should be back to normal?
Press a reset button and move on?
When the entire family executed an " Intervention" on him...lead by Paro...
I don't know guys...sometime the "speed" of things in RR...doesn't even allow me to say...
SAY WHAT? Before the issue is already resolved...

For Rudy and Paro...scene just going to post a beautiful song by Lady Antebellum! Sorry Shwets its country, but may be my Nashville bud will appreciate it...😃

Picture perfect memories scattered all around the floor.
Reaching for the phone 'cause I can't fight it anymore.

And I wonder if I ever cross your mind?
For me it happens all the time.

[Chorus:]
It's a quarter after one, I'm all alone and I need you now.
Said I wouldn't call but I've lost all control and I need you now.
And I don't know how I can do without.
I just need you now.

Another shot of whiskey, can't stop looking at the door.
Wishing you'd come sweeping in the way you did before.

And I wonder if I ever cross your mind?
For me it happens all the time.

[Chorus:]
It's a quarter after one, I'm a little drunk and I need you now.
Said I wouldn't call but I've lost all control and I need you now.
And I don't know how I can do without.
I just need you now.

Oh, whoa
Guess I'd rather hurt than feel nothing at all.

[Chorus:]
It's a quarter after one, I'm all alone and I need you now.
And I said I wouldn't call but I'm a little drunk and I need you now.
And I don't know how I can do without.
I just need you now
I just need you now.
Oh, baby, I need you now.

There was a time when Rudy thought of family before himself...
Contrasted by today when he tells Paro that he is sad to hear that Paro does not choose him above the family...

Then, there was a time when he thought he knew he truth as bitter as it was to swallow...Now he does not know what to believe any more...

What do they want from him? Just forget that it ever happened and be "normal" like they seem to be in the new situation?

The thing is that they are not even thinking that far ahead...right now they just want to regret the damage they have done...and want to mend it...the best they know how...

Hi Sush- Thanks for writing a thoughtful post. It was a sad episode.
Shweths- Wonderful Collage as usual.
It was a beautiful but a sad episode and then finally things start moving at the end. These are some of my thoughts.

1) All-important moment- Mala and Paro realize that Major has heard her story and they are not sure of how he is going to react. Major is devastated to say the least and he gets flashbacks of Mala's words of every day violence, not living under one roof, who took defeats on his wife. I felt very sad for him but he needed to her side of the truth no matter how much it hurt him.

2) Relevant moment- Paro follows him and asks him that did you hear why Maasa left? And Major is quick to remind that she is lying, and the next line was very relevant. Paro says to Major that you know she is not lying.😊

3) Pressing moment- Major is disturbed and says to Paro that she went away for 15 years, she didn't care and Dilsher lied to him for 15 years. And I loved what Paro said to him. She said "Go ask her, question her, that is your right".😊

4) Moment of conflict- Major says that he doesn't want to question Mala and asks Paro whose side is she on? Mine or that Aurat's side? He also said that Mala gave birth to him but gave him life worse than death. Paro Bai Sa did say that she is on Major's side, on your family's side because we are all on one side.😊 Thanks Bai Sa for saying that.

5) Possessive Moment- Major did not like listening to this and makes his stand clear. For him, Life and family begins with Paro Bai Sa. However, for you it is not like this. Major is getting obsessed day by day and Paro Bai sa has this challenging coming up. Can she handle an obsessive Major? Well, so far she has and hopefully she will be able to balance it out in future too. He further tells Paro that he wished that she had that kind of feeling.

6) Critical moment- Major hands Dilsher the drink and asks him is Mala right on her statements? Did she run away because you two couldn't get along? Because of you? I am glad that Major was up front with him and didn't beat around the bush.😊

7) Accountable moment- Dilsher admits that he was also responsible for what happened and he was equally responsible for breaking the marriage. Thanks Dilsher for being honest today.😊

8) Crucial moment- Major retorts back saying that you kept on feeding me burnt rotis, kept on poisoning me for the last 15 years, and today you are admitting your mistake. Dilsher affirms his mistake and Major asks him why he didn't tell him 15 years ago? Bang on, Major.👏

9) Not so sure moment- Dillu said that he didn't realize that he was committing such a big mistake. How could you do this Dillu?😕

10) Biting moment- Mala steps in and explains the meaning of marriage between 2 people and he doesn't want Rudra to blame Dilsher. Major lashes back that there was a 3rd person in the family too and that was me. You didn't pick me from the gutter but I was born. What kind of parents are you all that destroyed your child's life? The dialogue writer deserves a big round of applause here.👏

11) Significant moment- I loved this part when Major told Mala that why did she put up with all this? She could have told anybody or taken somebody's help. Also, she should have tried a little bit more to him away but no.😕 Major finally talked to his mom today and even empathised with her.

12) Self-condemnation- Major said that he doesn't want to hear anything and it would have been better had she thrown him away or left him somewhere or you have throttled me? If marriage is between 2 people, did anybody think of me?😲 It would have been better if he was never born or would have been an orphan.😭

13) Moment of Regret- Mala breaks down and says what did we do with our child? Dilsher's glass drops and he has tears of regret in his eyes too. (It was about time for that)

14) Vulnerable moment- Major is playing with the candle flame and Paro steps in and asks if Mala told him everything. Major says that he feels that he is fighting a battle and he and Paro are standing in front of each other. Loved what Paro said, that this is not a battle, only there is a boundary in the middle and she wants to take him on the other side of the boundary where there is just happiness. She also said that Major is not in a position to understand so let it go. Don't suppress it inside and let it go. Way to go, Paro Bai Sa.👏

15) Numero uno moment- Major asks Paro what would have happened if she was not in his life? All the happiness and sorrows are with you. Paro says that the thread was tied to you the day she threw the doll.😛 That actually put a smile on Major's face and uplifted him a little. When Paro Bai Sa is calm, then it works as Major's balm.😊

16) Cute moment- Paro says that we have to thank Bholenath that she had a doll in her hand and it would have hurt him if she would have thrown it with force. She further says "How can I hurt you?" I love you so much.😉 Did people love the Parud stare at this time? major asks about the doll and she said that she would have been the back up factor had Major not listened. Thanks Bai Sa for keeping the doll.👏 May Bholenath always keep our Parud happy.😊

17) Cracking up Major- Paro reminds him what if she had thrown the Imli then he couldn't have saved it and it would have rotten. Major finally starts smiling.😊

18)
Emotionally dependent moment- Major loves those cute talks and holds Paro's hand and lays his head on her shoulder and Major holds Paro's hand too. Did you all love this scene?😛 Major is getting dependent with each passing day and Paro Bai Sa knows this. 😛

19) Super-duper moment- Paro says that it's time to sleep and she promises not to leave his hand and Major cutely lays his head on her lap, Paro caresses his hair smiling to herself. Major falls asleep and Paro holds her hand (Major loves pampering by Paro Bai Sa)😉 Paro Bai Sa is looking beautiful with her hair open.

20) Weighty moment- Major offers to help her with the furniture and says that it carries more weight than her.😛 When did Major take her weight or how does he know her weight?😛

21) Recapturing moment- It was a very noble gesture by Paro Bai Sa to take Major down the memory lane and she was successful to some extent
. However, Major says that his present is not attached to all this, it doesn't make a difference to him. Dilsher, Danveer, Mala and Paro tried so hard to make Major talk and he did talk a little but the scar is too dark and too heavy guys. Yes, he admitted to Samrat giving him the color but he will take time to open up. Paro Bai Sa does tell him to talk to Maasa. Will he? We have to wait for tomorrow.😛

Some random thoughts- Major cannot get back his past, but he can look to a future with Paro Bai Sa who is an epitome of courage, love and confidence.😛

Since today's episode was all about hurt and pain, I chose "Damaged" as the acrostic.

D- Disturbing (Major asked Dilsher if Mala was right about her claims)😊
A- Accepting (Dilsher accepts his fault in destroying their marriage)👏
M- Massive (Major asked Dilsher why did he feed him poison for the last 15 years)⭐️
A- Absolute truth (Major said he was the third party present in their marriage)👏
G- Guilty (Mala accepts her fault for destroying her child's life)👏
E- Enough ( Major says that he has had enough and he should have been dead)
D- Desperate (Paro Bai Sa is desperate to heal Major's hurt and pain)😊

Precap- CVs- Can you please spare Paro Bai Sa's eyes? Not her again. I hope that it is just a prank and nothing else.

Brilliant acting by the leads.👏 Excellent dialogues and they were delivered perfectly today.

------ UnReserved -------
Sush, Thanks for the post... I felt really sorry for Rudra today... And you Perfectly said it, there is never a 'Happily Ever After' in a soap until it is ending😆 .. And I agree about the fast pace of RR... As much as I love them not dragging the story, I sometimes feel that they are moving a bit fast..

Now coming to the episode... So, he did listen to everything Mala said👍🏼... Me happy. But that was not enough for Rudra to run to his mother... He still had his doubts, his still had questions that needed answers.. Thus, he walks away and Paro runs behind him... Questions, "why he ran from there when he finally heard the truth". And he states, Mala is a liar... Still not ready to believe her story... How could he now? That would only mean that his hatred of 15 years was for nothing... That he is living a lie. But Paro bluntly tells him, "What Mala said was the truth and even he knows it deep down" She was right.. He knows. But he doesn't want to accept it. And Paro couldn't leave him at that... No, not when knowing how much he was hurting. So, she suggests that he goes to his father and asks him for the truth... To get everything that is bothering him out of his system. But Rudra doesn't want to know, he doesn't want to ask anyone anything. So, he retorts... Questioning Paro's loyalty... "Whose side are you on? Mine or that lady's?" And, Paro assures him that she is indeed on his side. Tries to explain that there are actually no sides.. They are all one family.. That they are all on one side... But that was not what he wanted to hear and what he heard, doesn't sit well with him... Because for him, "Life and family, start and end with Paro. Only Her... Which (he thinks) is not the same for her"

Today was all about that abandoned, betrayed and hurt boy... My heart went out for that lost boy, who had been drowning himself in so much hate for his mother for so long, that now he doesn't know how to come out of it 😒... And to make the matters worse, today he discovered that his father had been lying to him for 15 years... Fueling him with hatred...Betraying him. Now, why would he do that? Did he not see what he was doing to his son?? How much his son was hurting? How could he do that if he loved him? Does he love him? 😕

And his mother, even though now he knows why she left him... Why does it still feel wrong to him? Why does it still hurt? Why did she have to keep quiet about her suffering? She could have told someone...Got the help needed... At the least, she could have tried harder to take him with her... Why didn't she? Was he not important to her? Does she not love him enough 😔? Now that her leaving him has a real reason, does it justify her actions? And if it was all about two people, their failed relationship and the mistakes they made... Where does he fit into all this? If it was about them then why did his parents drag him into all this?? That was Rudra today. Shattered, Betrayed, Confused and Lost.. I fell sad for him.💔.. No wonder he feels insecure and alone. Both his parents betrayed him, one way or the other.

The questions Rudra asked Dilsher and Mala were Bang On👏... Though I wanted Rudra to question his father about his actions towards his mother... To taunt him for feeding him lies, for making his life hell... But may be, it is too early for that... I mean, his parents did successfully break and betray him for the second time, today. So, it is understandable if he couldn't think of anything but feel pissed and betrayed right now. Hopefully, we will get to see him questioning his father some day. And CV's will give us that important scene . When he asked Mala, why she didn't make that extra effort to take him with her??? I was delighted👏. What she did with Rudra was wrong... And until, unless there is more to her story, I hold her equally responsible for the way Rudra turned out today. She left her son to her abusive husband for crying out loud... I feel sympathy for her but I can't justify her actions towards her son.👎🏼

PaRud scene that followed was wonderful as always😳... I love how these two are each others safe haven... They have their differences, they fought about it that very day but still they forget everything and find solace in each other's company... Beautiful, isn't it? Rudra still in pain, shares his feelings with her...Expresses that he feels like he is fighting a war and that Paro is standing the opposite side. And the pain on his face as he said that💔.. Paro immediately clears that, there is no war... Just few lines, which she trying to make him cross over, to that side, which is filled with happiness... She requests him to move on, to let go of his past... that this is the right time.. And he innocently asks, "What would have happened to me if you were not here?? My every happiness and sadness is with you. It is good that I met you that day." Awww.... Such beautiful lines, such amazing actors and so much Love... What more can I ask for?? Perfect 😳

I loved how Paro diverted the topic to make her Major Saab smile... Seriously Paro, Imili...😆. And I always love how she loses no opportunity to tell him that she loves him. Also loved how Major Saab found peace in her presence... The way he slept peacefully on her lap while Paro again assured him that she will always be there was so beautiful... Rudra needs this assurance right now as he feels alone. And I like how, Paro always gives him that, making him aware that he is not alone... That she is always with him.😃

The second half of the episode is all about pampering Rudra... Ok, not exactly that... I liked how the whole family (I take back... Not whole) came together when talking about Chota Rudra... This family is not perfect, relationships are not goody goody, there still is awkwardness between people, unresolved problems, lot of pain, hurt... But all those things took a back seat as the elders of the family came together for only one thing... Rudra😊. His parents wanted him to know and believe that he was indeed loved, irrespective of their personal battles and their actions... Even though a bit dramatic.. I liked their effort... Everything is happening so fast that I wouldn't be surprised if Rudra forgives and forgets about his past by the end of this week😆

And coming to the Precap... What in the world is happening?😲. I never knew that a video clip of few seconds can create such uproar. If CV's showed us that precap to shock us... Then they succeeded BIG TIME 😆. Eagerly waiting for tomorrow's episode..

Shweta, Awesome Collages👏👏... PaRud intervention one is beautiful...

I know Sush... Sometime we feel what next... But if we see other soaps a lot of the leads are happily married and they face various issues in life..Yeh rishta, diya bati, Jodha ...pakhi all of them are at a point where there married and commited to each other..

I was talking to an indian friend she said who has the time and patience to watch for months the the leads not even having the guts to say ilu... She never liked ipk for the same reason..she says 10 months and they still are staring at each other...this is what the general public thinks... Most if then are not romantics..

Even the issues we are talking the popular soaps deal with 1 issue for 2 weeks... Otherwise audience forgets there is too much choice... The captive issue was dragged for 3 months... And remember the furore..

I am confident RR will bring in new issues but they may be social issues..national issues..

They do so much PDA.. In the living room..well the seniors...should give them a room...like mala, dilsher, Sunheri, Sumer each of them have big big rooms to themselves... And the love birds get the living room..

Hi Sush ,
Thxs for opening a new thread ... What next ? I am positive ST has a vision ... Not kitchen politics ... Let's wait and watch . ...they have promoted the show as a passionate love story hope under TRP pressure the vision is not compromised .

Hi Sush and the gang, so what next Sush? Are your surprised that you are still watching the show despite RR having reached that point already? I think they r building up for the next twist, some of the things Paro has been saying might be hinting at it...

Congrats Shweta, you hv changed colors!! 😃

And the precap gosh what was that? The negative lead is here already? Or was that a warning from Laila to Rudy...
