There are so many post where people are bashing Paro, but I guess thats incorrect. Even Rudra anger and pain is justified. Script and dialogues was written just bang on. It captured both sides very well.
I loved how Rudra was shocked and kept questioning her that how she could leave him or was it so easy for her. And Amazingly Paro, wanted to expalin everything to Rudra. She didnot want Rudra to hate her or be angry with her after all he is the most important person. She can bear anything but cannot bear Rudra being angry on her and misunderstanding. More than her dreams, happiness and herself, she values him. I like they way she shut him and explained her point instead of him assuming something in anger. She clearly stated that she had to give up what was most important to her.
For Paro, Rudra's safety and well being is main priority. As audience we see and know Rudra loves her but he has always maintained the stand that he only cares and protects her but never expressed love. Infront of Paro, he always shows that he is doing for social worker etc, you guys forgot how the marriage took place and 8 vows he took, all against her and marriage compatibility. He doesnot even sleep on same bed, i am not talking abt sleeping with her, just sharing the bed. He got close to her only when she was drunk and she could hardly remember anything next day. He showed he didnot want to take her to Jaipur and took her only because of Kaki. Even he didnot want to take her to party, Badi Madam got her downstairs where he said you should have not come and since you are here we will have to dance. She must have thought he is doing for his job and not make bade sahab angry. She feels that he married her for his BSD job and he has changed a lot which she told maithli too, smiles, trusts her and tells his past issue but still does not love her as a lover or wife. She is always pleading infront of him to spend time with her or let her do his work either putting button or packing clothes.
Most importantly, when she took the vow infornt of Shivji, Rudra was very difficult with her. He prayed to Staya Narayan pooja to get rid of her and in anger had that ladoo which eventually protected Paro. Its only because of his hand illness and Laila episode (chilli in Paro's eye and big past revelation) that Rudra became softer to her and valued her. At heart Rudra wants to make this relationship work but for paro its more one sided.
Rudra on other hand loves her, is possessive of her and in heart wants to fulfill all responsibilites of marriage but doenot want to realise or confess her. Even today he said - you know what I feel about love. Which means he still doesnot love her? or believe in love? When he was confessing about thakurain being his mom, he said thats why I hate love, marriage and it will never change. He doesnot want to accpet he loves Paro and his life is incomplete with her. The very news that Paro decided to move away from him was shocking and angered him. He doesnot feel she can ever go anywhere from him. She is with him all the time. Jaise Banjare ko ghar :)
The Banajara song on Rudra's was my wish come true, today morning I teweeted GH for the same and it was there in today's episode. I guess it was Outstanding. But I loved all the flashbacks that they used from starting...beautiful. Rudra's recollection of their journey and lyrics of the songs just hand in hand. Special mention of his first meeting, marriage sequence, He admiring her in sangeet sequence(jo de rooh ko sukun) clips. In the end, he got anger expression again, how can Rudra forget his original traits - Shiv ji ka Rodra Roop (Rudra). :)
Tomorrow his Tandav...to get what HE WANTS...that she doesnot go...
Lastly, Entire team...excellent job, writers, director, dialogue writer and Actors who make the screen so perfect - Our Paro (Sanaya - love you girl, God Bless) and Our Rudra (Ashish-bang on expressions and acting, Good Job). Sanaya and Ashish's expression in today's episode were Outstanding.
