@eve:- KcM under the scanner, means being helpless to save her son from laila. and i just hope KcM ends up at Rudy's feet, it will be a blast to see KcM and Rudy teaming up and countering laila, Rudy for his paro and KcM for sumer.

That's the way real world marriages work too...once you know your partner's temperament you either learn to work with it, or work around it...and Rudy's mastered the latter. And Rudy was always nsync with his not well wishers...this guy has no illusions about the people surrounding him, be it KCM or Laila, he knows them quite well, thankfully there are no surprises here. About Paro, well they had to make her sweet and white and innocent, as a foil to Rudra's worldliness, so her waking up and smelling the coffee will take some time.

And today while we was going at it, one thought that kept on cropping in my mind was...give it up Laila BaiSa...jiss school ki aap student hai...who uss school ka headmaster hai!! The man who is used to laying traps for criminals, planning encounters, nabbing masterminds and breaking witnesses through hook or crook, you cant teach him anything new about mind games. Just shut up and leave and do yourself a favor !!

😆And I am actually looking forward to Laila's return...cause this time she will have the lovable idiot Sumer with her...and of course KCM will finally be under the scanner...yay...sounds like tons of fun!!

Yes it is all about adjustment to temperaments after marriage😆...and Rudra is definitely mastering the art pretty fast of how to handle his naive wife who happens to have a talent for being especially gullible to the people who want to harm her the most😆...Oh yeah I do get that Paro is a foil to him and she is untouched by a lot of the evil and cunning in this world...something that Rudra has dealt with a lot so knows how to handle it...the challenge lies in the fact that Paro refuses to accept that Rudra knows better on these matters😆...so he's smartly learning to work around that😆

LOL indeed...Laila herself underestimated Rudra after having warned Mohini against doing the same...her ego and her over-confidence will be the cause of her downfall always.

LOL I don't mind Laila's return either for the funny scenes it can produce b/w Sumer and Mohini...deffo has potential for masala😆...but yes the downside will be having to jhelo the Paro-Laila lowe ishtory again😆

Loved everything about it.. Especially rudy boy's dialogues and smartness.. The way he got the doctor, the way he shut KCM, and of course the way he put Laila in her place in the end.. He's not gonna be fooled so easily woman! I wanted to clap for him when he shut her up in the end.. Loved the dialogues..and you are right.. I love rudy boy like this.. It's nice to see his tender side but what I love about him is his no nonsense attitude..

And even loved paro today.. She was back to being a bit of her sensible self.. Just for a moment when she stopped Laila I was like oh no!! But then the way she told her she'll be safe with Aman and even gave back her gift had me laughing!

I also adored the paro rudra scene.. Though small yet I liked the restlessness.. He sees her sleeping on the ground, he sees that she's upset and trying to keep distance but he sticks to his ground.. First tells her not to ask him and then can't sleep.. And I'm glad he didn't give an answer to her question.. Coz that's what this is all about.. He himself isn't sure of the answer yet.. Will be one day for sure :)

Absolutely loved the epi too!! Lately the rewatch quotient of the show has been nil for me, after a while, I feel like going back and relishing the show again too!!

Eve, I do not think any of his character changed or was inconsistent, he was always gentle to her even when he forced her to stay with him as the fiance in the home...the same showed up in Jaipur and all along, even with the Mahila Samithi thing, this wordings of Paro shd make sense, " thode theke swabhav ke hai, gussa bhi jaldi ata hai and all the blah blah..."

Agree with u on post of the points except one dear

Laila is not necessary for trp

During tejawat track trp was 1.7 almost

was 1.5 during Jaipur track ,

With out any promotions

Right now v have 1.4 trp in presence of Laila

With promotions

Trp drops drastically during laddo track

That was the worse track ever

Basically Indian audience wants a good story and screen play with romance

Vamp presence is not necessary

Oh...its just 1.4 I read something else on some thread...seems the trps are on the rise since the last two weeks...don't know much about these things, so can't comment!!

So he never changed, he just worked his way around his wife, and he kept his word, that L will not go until she is fine, so he handeled with getting a doc, this is in accordance when P asks him "I will not be able to forgive myself if she leaves hurt like, let her atleast get better"...and then he agrees.

Now he made sure, he had the doc to confirm his words, so I guess P kept quiet...

Now all was confirmed, he took the reins in his hand and handled it like always...

For me this is the charm of our show, expect the unexpected...👏

Compared to Paro's character, Rudra has been blessed. There has not been much tampering with him but let me put it this way...since the marriage track, we have seen less of his rough edges, his hot headedness, his temper, his cunning streak and him in action and we have seen him more as an emotional, soft lover boy. Yes, he was always gentle with her, but back then, the softness was balanced by his harshness. That balance is gone lately, we rarely get to see him take control and I miss the old Major Rudra Pratap Ranawat. Especially lately it seems all women and kitchen politics.

After a long time- mharra, dil, dimaag, kaan, sar- sab theek hain after watching the episode!!Infact instead of the GLUMFACE I always seem to land after watching the last few episodes I am feeling Gleeful today!! Sarcastic Rudra That Ayyye- zaban sambhal- just that Ayyyee ke liye ❤️❤️

Hate to put it in writing but I love the real Rudra! The colder, calculating version. He's way more interesting!
