Yes , initially I was not happy how Maithali 's character was subdued ...love the growth in her character have used her effectively . I am hoping to see the same growth with Sunehri and Samrat .

It seems disingenuous for him to put down Laila...for having a relationship with him...while he himself benefitted for such a relationship...

I want to know...what has Laila done to deserve such disrespect...because how a person treats the other in my view is about that person...not the other who is receiving the bad treatment...

true sush , something i liked about rudra in the initial episodes , the way he treated laila

like an equal , some one as messed up , the cvs here took an easy route , made laila essentially dark

but rudra is not aware of that , he can give her the benefit of doubt may be she is telling the truth

or teat her like innocent until proved guilty

,or even otherwise her reason why she is here is simple she loves him , rudra knows that

so it is his responsibility to give this relationship a closure because he has decided to move on , still laila is not going to pursue him , then he can react

right now treating her badly , i dont agree to

I agree...

Laila accepted Rudra with all his faults ( which we see ) she liked the janwar right ... in the initial epi when Rudra talked rough with her she did't seem to have a problem ...Rudra did't see this as a relationship at all ...he moved from Jaipur without informing her and mind you this was before he met Paro so it was not like he was attracted to Paro and then ditched Laila . Visiting her every night was not just for sex ( like many members see it as which I think is disgusting ) why can't a man and women have any other relationship besides sex ...Remember Laila was his informant also . Laila is not naive like Paro ...she could have transformed Rudra if she wanted to but she choose to sit and drink with him and liked the Janwar Rudra which she has acknowledged . When Rudra talked badly about beautiful women why did't Laila educate him being a women her self .

I think both are at fault ...Laila never expected Rudra to fall in love , Rudra himself is in a turmoil not sure whether what he feels for Paro is love .Laila knows better ...

Sush truce ...I hate discussing , yes I am biased, but was getting annoyed reading all negative post about the character Rudra . Mind you I have worked with rape victims ...Oh well ...

What can I say Shweta...There is truth and there is allegiance...They don't always go hand in hand...

For me the former is more important than the latter...but discussion changes none of that...so we can leave it here...

Yeah...the thread is on a roll...but my credit is only limited...it has been kept alive mostly by you Shwets, Z, Indra, Priya, J, T, and Of course Spirit...
