Domestication does not suit Rudra

Character evolution and all aside, watching Rudra being reduced to domesticated house-husband is really not fun to watch for me...

The epi opens with him apologizing to Maithili😕...and later on he sings KKHH again *mega cringe* to make Paro laugh...ok I get the idea behind it but it didn't work for me...not cute, not sweet, not anything...

RP scenes lately have been steadily getting more and more staid...losing the spark that was there b/w these characters...the fire b/w them...now Paro alternates b/w pouting over Rudra's anger, enjoying her wife-playing days or dying for one glimpse of his smile.

They want to establish that love is growing b/w them...such a sweet thought...but then why is the sweetness only ending up looking boring? Today they tried to show a romantic scene with Rudra brushing the hair out of Paro's eyes...but ultimately what is the point of this scene when Paro's eyes have a GIANT BANDAGE on them? What effect is left? Despite the Ishaqzaade song?

Whole epi went in aloo ki sabji and Paro grumbling over her eyes and Rudra...if they want to establish husband-wife chemistry, even that isn't coming through cuz all Paro babbles about his aloo ki sabji, my khadoos pati...why aren't there interesting convos happening b/w them anymore?

I think the only moment that stayed with me in the whole epi was the way Rudra said, "Aur Kaun?" when Paro got startled over him moving the hair away from her forehead...that and Dilsher's comments at the dining table.

This loola-andhaa track is getting steadily too depressing to handle...all that happens is constant medication/physiotherapy b/w them.

I personally love these scenes and the chemistry is very much alive for me.

However I can see where you are coming from as that's the problem with characters like Rudra.

Whenever an angry or rude character falls in love, they are seemed as 'soft' because they don't go and shout or whatnot.

However, how else are Cv's supposed to portray to us that Rudra is in love or is softening towards to Paro?

If he's angry and blasting her all the time, audiences will still think he's not in love.

But what are Cv's supposed to do? How else do they show he's in love?

Nope, the problem isn't that he's softened too much in love...there have been other instances of showing a softened up Rudra that I haven't minded at all...I understand that various shades will show up as the character evolves.

But to me personally scenes like today lacked the spark that I expect from this character...plus this blindness/handicap really mars the scenes for me...just my opinion.

agreed domestication doesnt suit rudra , and him telling sorry to everyone including laila , wasnt kind of him , but thats how they want to show him changing i suppose
, todays episode wasnt bad either it was sweet , but i do want the passion and intensity or whatever that was there before back .
and yeah the blindfold must go by tomorrow . its stupid .

Move on to the actual track!
If they hd coupled this softness wid sm high intensity track like mala or tejawat or human trafficking or even the separation track, it wd hv wrked..bt coupled wid the laila track, which in itself seems unnecessary, it js loses its appeal..
hope v gt bk on track after the confession

for me it was good...they showed lion's roaring, when he jumped on everyone yesterday...and today too he was right to his character, as he was always taking care of her...this is the second time he fed her, if i remember it right, first was when he made her free and gave the bus ticket...that protective side is always there...well my thought...domesticated i do not think so

Good point...the supporting tracks are so boring and annoying too with Laila's dumb scheming and Mohini supporting her or whatever that the whole show becomes a chore.

Rudra just needs his eyes to convey the softness, honestly...that is the charm of his character...he projects the tough guy image but his eyes soften with emotion/love/whatever it is he's feeling.
