Laila knows about maithili's past [:o]

Yesterday when maithili questioned how laila knows about rudy's favorites ..then laila replied that she knows much more about maithili bhabhi sa also...and then maithili kept quiet with a shocking face..plus once maithili said to samrat that he never questioned about her past that from where did she belong...so if laila type woman can question about maithili's past that mean maithili has dark past? 😲

but that can't be a shame type reason...which will make maithili or to anyone to keep quite...it has something to do with her past only
