Hello all,

Here is something i pictured while sitting in the bus & staring out at nothing today.. The Rangrasiya tune playlist was blasting in my ears.. That gave rise to a half baked idea.. Next i knew i was scribbling it on my cell.

With 3 back to back promos dropping in on us in succession & hinting at an intense upcoming track, Hope this writeup brings a breath of light humor around.

OS : Tring Tring

The cell moved slightly on the desk, with vibrating speed.

*Sun sahiba sun pyar ki dhun.. Ooo mene tumhe chunn liya.. Tu bhi mujhe chunn chunn chunn*

The ringing also succeeded in breaking the otherwise pin drop silence in the morning hours at the BSD headquarters as Major Rudra Pratap Ranawat flicked yet another note paper from the thick file tittled Param Singh Tejawat.

'Sun sahiba sunn pyar ki dhun----

"Arre phone uthao aur bund karo ye nautankiya gana" Rudra shouted with irritation.

9 out of the 10 soldiers posted in the corridors around his cabin, put their hands in their pockets to check their cell phones.

*Sun sahiba sun----* "Sir"... *pyar ki dhunn----* 'Sir..?"

Aman, Rudra's second in command addressed his boss between the tune.

"Huh? ' kya hai Aman?" Rudra was annoyed now. His back hurt sleeping on the floor last night. That Paro slept next to him all night sharing his blanket, her right cheek resting on his outstretched left hand, was a consolation. But he wished his right hand became functional as he craved to hold her in his embrace all night. The close proximity with Paro was causing him to ache in places he had no control over.

"Sir.. Aap ka bajaa" Aman whispered hesitatingly as Rudra shifted in his seat with unease. The jeans were getting tight ? Damn Paro & her thoughts !

"KYA ? aur tumhari awaaz kya patang udane gayi hai.. Zor se bol"

"Sir aapke phone ki ringtone hai.. Sahibaa sunn.. pyaar chunn.. Sorrry sir.." Aman stared at his polished boots after watching the kladioscope of expressions on his boss's face.

"Aman kya bake jaa rahe ho?" Rudra stood up pushing his chair behind. He then glanced at his cell, where his home number was blinking.

In slow motion, he reached out to pick up the cell with his left hand, and clicked talk. "Hello ?" Still wondering Just. How. Did. That. Ringtone. Get. Set. On. His. Mobile.

"HELLO ?? KAUN" he repeated in louder voice

"Ji.. ji is Major Saab this ?" A petite voice squeaked on the other end

"Hain? Kaun hai ?" Though he was sure who it was. An invisible gust wind had already lifted his sunsilk washed hair off his forehead at the first 'Ji'

"Ji. I the... I..." .. *pooch rahe hai kaun hai* she whispered to someone around her "Paro.. I your.. the Paro" he had heard her clearly the first time too

"Amannn !!!!!!!! Rudra roared remembering the last time Aman had pulled a fast one on him with.. 'Gauri'. 'Ye wapas koi bewakoofi wala majaak kar rahe ho tum ?" Rudra snarked at Aman, phone still in hand.

Before Aman could comprehend what is happening, Rudra heard Paro on his cell

"Naa.. Mhara matkab ke.. NO.. no majaakk. This Paro. Yaad hai.. Ur kamre wali.. Aapka neela kurta pehna tha.. Aap pe danda mar---- nahi nahi wo yaad naa kariyo.. Aapke saath dance kiya tha.. Aapne jise kiis----- jiii... Wo Paro.. Shrimati Parvati Rudra Pratap Ranawat."

"Kya kar rahi hai tu ? Kya bake jaa rahi hai ? Aur ye tooti angrezi me kyu bol rahi hai " he was loosing all patience.

"Wo... Wo.." But before she could complete, the phone was snatched from her hand.

He heard some giggling at the other end, "Bhai-sa, hum Sunehri aur Maithili bhabhi-sa, Paro Bhabhi-sa ko angrezi sikhaa rahe the, toh practice ke liye unko aapko call karne ko bola.." The giggling had now turned to crackling laughter.

"Sunehri maar khayegi tu.. Rakh phone ab." Rudra ended the call in a huff. Amandeep Singh witnessed that morning that, Yes Rudra Pratap Ranawat could P-O-U-T !!

"Kya dekh raha hai tu Aman ? file laa mujhe baki saron ki, ek to ye Tejawat case ki jhanjhat, *ghar me bin bulaye khabri ki tangti talwaar sar pe ghum rahi hai* aur upar se Paro ki angrezi nautanki.. Kaha phas gaya hu !" Ah Stress !! Though he grinned slightly remembering Paro say, Shrimati Parvati Rudra Pratap Ranawat.

Aman saluted, 'Sir' & hurried to get the files before his boss exploded, but not before smirking at what more was in store for Rudra in the coming days !! For no one knew about 'that' conversation Aman had with Sunehri.. Last night !!!!!!!!!!!!! 😉
