Curledup and I ran the gauntlet of the first week of "The Navarasas" (dun dun DUNNN) together, biting each other's fingernails and rocking back and forth, mentally joined as we both suffered many, MANY meltdowns. That kind of stuff...it changes you. It just...changes who you are to each other, you know? Its like going to war, man..you need to just be there, its not words, as much as its Feels. So MANY Feels!! Even an Emoshuns or two..

Asho will back me up here--It separates you from the rest of the civvies in their jammies, drinking coffee and typing away, when you feel your hands grow clammy with fear and satisfaction at having finally won the damn thing by just goddamn posting it already. You just had to be there, man, you just had to BE there..

Owwwie! This weekend's over meaning a pause for the series til next weekend. BUT CAN'T WAIT!

Napster and Curledup really put the bar high so I know I have to get some serious pages in my dictionary to get even 1% as good. Is anyone else's palm sweaty or is it just me? 😆 *fishing*

I honestly for the life of me can't write anything fluffy, I did try but my hands curled away :/

But I wanted to thank each and every one of you, because without your support I don't think I would have been able to pull the trigger as effectively as I did today! Thank you thank you, and congratulations lit-bandits! We've done it, we've done what we wanted to do :D

I know I am like this self-appointed PR officer of the Navarasas...sorry, cant help it...i just love this idea so much!! And am loving the execution...the two stories so far have been nothing short of perfection!

PEOPLE!!

I have to tell you, I tricked Chotidesi, and by telling her that I just wanted to help out with edits, I READ this WEEKEND's STORY # 1 she is posting--on Navarasas-- Fear--(Bhayanka).

Oh.My. FREAKIN.. GOD.

You guys need to haunt the forum until she posts, trust me. Aaap sab ki bhalai iss mein hai. I stared at the screen for about 5 minutes after reading, as I slowly put myself back together and picked my jaw off the floor. It is SO good. Ooofff... I cannot wait for her to post--this is just a heads up, so you are as tarap se bhari as Laila Baisa is right now!

White-Lies is doing the post on Sunday on the same concept (Fear). She has kept hers hidden from me so far, that smart woman. She's probably less gullible that Choti and wont let me greedily "help" as I read it before anyone else and laugh into my coffee in glee. But I'll wait, Baisas, and read hers when she posts.

Forum wasis, the writers we have this weekend, for the second installment of the Navarasas Series have skills --Our Saturday / Sunday stories are going to be INSANE!
