Unless Paro pushes him for some reason and he acts as if he fell and got wet. And he acts angry and Paro is asked to kiss and makeup. THen she finds it is a prank and she is angry

Since he came back sooner than expected they continued from where they had left off and that's why that conversation between Paro and Rudra where she doesn't tell hi anything about what happened!

I guess that's it..unless they want to bring it up and connect it to something else in future!

If something happens to Maithili now Paro may connect it and mention to Rudra!
