The difference is that Laila's love is one-sided. We all know Major Saab loves Paro as he can't even bare someone else touching her. He has protected her with his life. That is why we accept Paro making demands because he is just afraid. Their bonded moment in childhood connects them also. Besides this isn't Laila's show. Why do we keep talking about her all the time? Seriously, when will we move on? I know it's cruel, but the bottom line is Rudra and Paro are in the opening credits, not Laila!

I understand what you're saying and I completely agree with you. But we have to remember that this story is of Paro and Rudra, so obviously Rudra's connection with Paro is different than with Laila. It's this inner battle of hate and love and trying to disparage what the heart wants because the mind does not. What he has with Paro is not what he could have ever had with Laila, even though in her own way Laila does love Rudra.

Ok even for a moment if I go along with what you say, by leaving him alone how can she bring about a change in him?

As far as what is the difference between Paro & Laila we will have to wait and see what Paro will do when she knows about Laila's role in Rudra's life. We already know what Laila did when she knew about Paro.

Also Laila's love in one sided, Paros is not, only thing is Rudra is not willing to accept it.
