I am a fitness freak, gym rat. Belong to two gyms. Trainer 3 times a week. Cardio 6 days a week. Yoga, pilates, dance...long distance runner. Modified push ups between 40-50, plank between 20-30. Took some time to get to this. 😊
gosh, i can't believe i saw this post and actually went and tried push-ups..totally jobless in IF😊 and btw, just managed 1😊
i am like you i do 30 push up in 1 min my trainer pushes me 15 burpees with each burpee i have to do 10 pushups and count down until i get to 1 and not girly pushups i beat 4 men quite proud to say 😆I am a fitness freak, gym rat.
