After all my ranting yesterday in your thread about not looking forward to Paro's proposal, Rudra's reaction was what stunned me today and drew me back to the rangrasiya story...Nothing more to say... Just absorbing the unselfish love and proclamation... And the "bewakoof ladka", aka, Rudra - who cannot realise the wealth of love that he is being offered by the innocent soul of Paro!

His mother was her foster mother
His Haveli she declared is her home also now

And to add salt to the injury she declares they are meant to be together. His answer does not matter. How can a man - a Major that too - respond to such loss of power over his own life ?

You give us freedom of expression and yet are so gentle with all your friends in your thread!!! So relieved that you also saw my POV and I totally appreciate your POV as well!! You have so beautifully explained it to me!!! Now I read your comment, I realize that yes the two were in a world of their own! In a pink bubble!! Paro sometimes is difficult to understand!! At times she protects her self-respect so much and at times like this she risks everything she has and puts her emotions on the line for the whole world to see and not be embarrassed at all!! BTW, your last line is probably what I had imagined CVs would show and got disappointed because it didn't happen!!

I have nothing much to say actually. Except that, to my surprise, I enjoyed it. I was prepared to be embarrassed and cringe, but maybe it was Sanaya and Ashish, I just suspended all my disbelief. Paro was absolutely incandescent, so while I don't think I will ever have that kind of conviction and faith in signs from the universe that she has, I am rooting for her. Sumer has gone from slimey to goofball. Lets see if they keep him there. Honestly, I think the show could do with a few light moments.

But I still am hoping for an interesting twist beyond this hate/forced marriage thing. This show has sprung so many surprises our way, please writers, ek baar phir 😆
