Come on, it wasn't THAT bad. I agree with some of your issues and disagree with others. I watch this show with a pinch of salt, and would advise you to do the same.
I would have had the same response as you, had I still expected logic. I gave up on the logic keeda a long time ago. And I'm loving the episodes. Of course, it was silly, and illogical, and obtuse.
But I also saw a Sherni of a Paro, I saw the tables turned. If a man falls in love with a woman, and chases her incessantly, it's still considered romantic. Now Paro is unrealistic? And if the characters remain flat throughout the show, why would I watch it? I'm enjoying Paro, because I'm not getting her. She's a challenge to decode. And THAT is why I get Rudra too. I understand his state of incomprehension. As far as the proposal goes, Paro still has reasons. She's confused that Rudra did all that for HER, and not for his job. She's too naive like that.
I disagree with your comment on Kailash Kher. It is one of the most soulful songs I've heard. BG score has improved in bits. I'm sure they'll listen to us in the future.
The CVs are currently working under the IPL pressure, their goals are short term right now. We must understand the external factors at play.
I certainly don't think the chemistry is gone. Ashish and Sanaya proved actors par excellence yesterday. It was only those two that made me believe in the weirdness that was happening on screen. They played their parts with solid conviction.
And may I point out that making a 40 minute episode is no joke. Still they did not fall into feeding us filler scenes. Majority of the scenes were important. The story progressed. So the CV's made no "mistake". It's unfair to sit and criticize without knowing the extent of their hard work.
Bai-sa. Itna paisa mein itna-ich milenga. Dekhna hai toh dekho. But more importantly, the show is at a stage where anything could happen. So just wait and watch.
