I agree - Rudra does not portray this conflict - which is why this is not working for me. He seems to truly hate Paro and want her to go away - thus skipping over the romance element the audience is looking to see in him.

In the other serial - the ML while hurting the FL always showed pain/regret at doing so - which is why it worked in spite of all the abuse. Rudra does not show this regret or emotion - which is why it appears cold hearted. Acting issues or is this how the CVs want to take it?

Give rudra time.. It is only 3 months in this serial.. Where is the written rule male lead has to fall first.. Infact I am loving it that sanaya has shown such distinctive characteristics.. There is not a hint of Khushi in paro..

This is a different more complex story.. This is not pride and prejudice...which was the basic plot of ipk..

This is a story about a misogynist.. He does not trust woman.. Rather beautiful woman.. They will betray as they belong to nobody.. His mother betrayed him.. Paro betrayed him when she left him for thakur.. Right now he's not in love with paro.. He definitely knows he's attracted to her .. He knows if he keeps her near him she will enchant him.. Make him go weak in his knees .. She will bind him to her make him weak and then leave him for something better..

Look at his father shattered weak and look where his mother is rocking with a more powerful guy..

If his mother had gone to ashram.., found in a mental asylum he would have found it easy.. But what he has seen has made his feelings more deeper..

He has also seen paro being in his mothers wings .. He cannot trust paro,, so he has to get forced to marry paro..

There is no way he will willingly marry paro.. Right now..and they have to be married to clear the impasse...so who will force his hand... His dad or his seniors..

This show is so unpredictable, I mean when he gave her those two options,,,he thought she wud pick one,

Rudra: fine then, either you marry Sumer and go off to Jaipur with my forgiveness or

Paro: or...?

Rudra: or go off to oblivion out of my sight, this haveli without my forgiveness. Think woman think,,,and let me know,..😈

The creatives of this show have left no stone unturned in keeping us hooked to the serial.. 👏 I did not expect them to reveal the truth about their childhood so soon.. but what do we get? Wow.. I am impressed... 👏 I am glad they did so too.. this serial is moving at a hell for leather speed... 😆 👏

Now that Paro has proposed in front of a wide audience not sure what Rudra's next step would be.. he sure appeared shell shocked... 😆 atta gir Paro to have mustered the courage to have proposed... 👏

what's next? - is all I could think of at the end of the episode... because according Rudra's condition, if she desires forgiveness, she will have to marry Sumer and leave for Jaipur... if she refuses to do so then, she will have to vacate the house.. so at the end of the day, either way she has to leave the Ranawat house. Perhaps Paro thought why not I propose marriage to Rudra so that he knows that after all some pretty girls can be trusted... .. but what about the forgiveness and looking after bapusa?

Well I am not going to wreck my tired brains as that is the job of the CVs .. and here for the first time I see a PH which means business.. wonder why the darn TRP so not budging 😕

on the whole, I am loving this roller coaster ride 😊
