She has a degree.
She offered her hand to Rudra to drag her out of the house knowing he won't do it.
She is offering to marry him, perhaps bcoz he threatened her that he will marry her and ruin her life.
Maybe, Mohini created some situation where they were threatened to marry, or maybe Dilsher woke up and asked them to marry, and Rudra is using this situation to threaten her further to go out of his life lest he will ruin her, but Paro is ready, she is ready for all the threats, circumstances, situations that come her way now.
By now she knows Rudra, Rudra doesn't know that she knows him, he has never opened up like he did to Paro ever in his entire life, he still doesn't realise that he has come out in the open before Paro, she is using this to her advantage.
She ultimately doesn't care anymore, marriage or no marriage.
All she wants is take care of Dilsher, be close to Rudra and live amongst the people she cares for aka Maithili, Sunehri, Samrat and Danveer. Yes, she has her Mamisa to go back to, but she can't find herself doing that unless she has proven her innocence to all these people and she is ready to do anything for that.
Remember her sankalp in the temple, before Bhoelanth!

She has really fallen in love with Rudra irrevocably. Love or not, she cares for him immensely, for Rudra, Paro,s mamta has awakened, and that is as strong an emotion as love.
