I think It would be Rudra. When he would get to know about reality , he would accept Paro.

Rudra falling first already shown na...but accepting that its love will be paro...rudra was attracted to her...might even have fallen in love first if laila had not compared paro to his mom...that and paro's actions on shivratri...completely put a break on his still developing feelings for paro...and now after he found out his mom and paro's relation...he will arm himself with his anger and bitterness and put on a sheild of pain and hurt he feels towards his mom...so no way will rudra ever admit his feelings for paro first...it will HAVE to be paro first...to take this relationship forward.
