Ashish is a method actor and as many have said, was stupendous from his first show Gunahon ka Devta. It used to air on the little-watched, and now defunct channel Imagine TV, perhaps that is why he was not as well known. He is a stage actor, and also writes poetry 😊

yes dear he danced so well just check him dancing at cid veerta awards function and sanaya enjoying hiIs dance and in NEW YEAR PROGRAMME OF 2010 of NDTV IMAGINE.there are so many others.

Well said..he tries to get in to the skin of the character long before entering the sets of a particular show..that is why he impresses one and all

agree with u...and he impresses all with his intense eye expressions...

First time I saw him was in the promos of "Rab Se Sona Ishq" ... he definitely caught my eyes in that show.
I started watching it for him but eventually the plot went haywire so I stopped and was only watching it on and off... but then Ashish's role got more screen space... so it pulled me back into it and I watched it until the show ended.
I was beyond happy when I found out he was acting this time with Sanaya.

Agree. He is doing a great job and so believable as Rudra. I have heard of Gunaon ka devta but not watched much of it. I should catch some scenes in youtube...
