As viewers we are privy to everything the good, the bad and the ugly. We see it all. Characters only see a fraction of what we see and so it is very frustrating especially when the truth is obvious but it's been beautifully hidden under a layer of well-plotted lies. This was the basis for the first misunderstanding as well Tejawat's lies kept Paro from believing Rudra. The money, the guns from the border, the only proof Rudra had, she called them lies. Paro only believed only what she had always knew and seen. BSD killed her parents, took Bindhuri, shot her husband infront of her. Was she wrong to do so? Absolutely not. Yes, emotionally there were times where she could and did trust Rudra even if it was just the fact that she knew he would not let anything or anyone harm her, his sole witness.
This second misunderstanding as far-fetched as it may seem, maybe isn't. Rudra's father burning in a room, Rudra's first instinct is to accuse Kakisa. He hit the nail on that one, but then Suneri tells a different story. Suneri names Paro. He does a double take at the impossibility and tells her to tell him what she saw. Now Rudra knows Suneri one of Paro's biggest supporters isn't going to blindly accuse an innocent woman. If anyone else were to be an eyewitness it might not have been as believable as Suneri's innocent confession. The second wedding attire that we all know Maithili saw, but all she actually saw was it exchanging hands, she hasn't realized yet that it was a duplicate, and why would she? How many times have you moved/given a suit or sari around during a big event like wedding to have it ironed or fixed for last minute alterations that you wouldn't see someone lugging it around? Especially the brides attire that should be perfect? Is that really something Maithili would be wondering or questioning or even mentioning? It would have been different if right before she saw it exchange hands between Kakisa and Devyani that she had seen Paro wearing it. If the BSD ever got a hold of Tejawat's phone records and he would see calls made from Kakisa's cell phone/home who would he think that Tejawat was talking to Kakisa, no, for all intents and purposes she shouldn't know him, or would he think that Paro got access to the phone and called him. Wouldn't it be more believable that the girl from the village would call on her father-figure to come save her than him thinking up a reason for Kakisa to call him? So based on that, would Rudra not say that Paro was working an elaborate plan against him?
Rudra is using his brain, his heart may not have believed but the brain is working. I have a feeling he will try to suppress any feeling he may have towards her innocence by reinforcing his belief in the facts and proofs presented before him. This time the misunderstanding has physical proof, stacked up against Paro, supporting it and until those get cleared we're in for a long road of redemption from Paro. Even if she has exonerated him in the eyes of the BSD, he may still feel that since she was so misguided about Tejawat she came up with this plan with Tejawat to save herself. Set Dilsher's room on fire to distract Rudra and keep him from letting Tejawat take her away.
My prediction as to why Paro will remain at the haveli is that Tejawat is still on the loose and she will still be under Rudra's protection as per BSD orders, as Tejawat's captured men may have been killed under BSD custody. Marriage at this point seems illogical. But who knows the CVs may come up with some elaborate reason for them to do so. As all that's left are the pheres.
