Let's clear some things up:
-We ALL love this show
-We ALL miss Rudra's character and presence
-We ALL realize this isn't ideal
-We ALL want more P&R scenes

HOWEVER:

You must understand something:

Forget about the show, and how much you miss Rudra, how about we stop and think about the ACTOR who brings Rudra's Character to LIFE? ASHISH. He's not just out with a bruised finger, he's really sick. Think about HIM for a moment.

Lets get our priorities straight, stop complaining about the TRPs potentially dropping, or how "boring" the show is without him, how about wishing him a SAFE and HEALTHY recovery? ISN'T that MORE important?

I'd rather he come back healthy, strong and 100% and give us the Rudra we know and love, rather than be forced to come back prematurely and not give us his all.

RR is MORE than Paro and Rudra: if you haven't realized that I'm super surprised- the quality of characters, acting skill, and subplots is AMAZING.

Absence makes the heart grow fonder, not bitter. Let's all take a breath and move forward.

EDIT: Let me articulate I'm not saying people are complaining about Ashish being sick: I'm simply talking about ALL the complaining that has been caused by his Absence:
- No Paro (Erm, it's only been one episode)
- Lead Female is Missing (She's not MISSING, she just wasn't in one episode) And In order for her scenes to be of quality I'm sure the CVs have to build up scenes with OTHER characters besides Rudra, hence the delay.

Finally: This post isn't mean to offend anyone- it's to make a lively discussion. Don't take it personally, it isn't an attack. Chill guys LOL

@bold - u really need to rephrase this.

the complaints are not abt HIM..

You're right, I articulated myself incorrectly- I was simply pointing out that complaining is not justified: whether it be TRPs, or Paro or the Story line(as the worries all stem from his absence): Especially since it was only one episode. If this were the case for a week: Then I'd completely agree and hold up a "WE WANT PARO RIGHT NOW!" sign. However, for one episode..yeah, no need to freak out peeps 😆

I'm simply quoting the TM's reply to another person because after reading her comment, one can understand the point she was trying to make.

I don't see the need to be offended by this post or reasons to take it the wrong way :P

i am annoyed with not being able to see Sanaya, one scene cannot be so freaking hard for them to include!! sheesh!

i personally wouldn't miss PaRud scenes that much if Paro scenes were there n like every1 else i am sensible enough to not expect Rudra on air! But not being able to see Paro is such a disappointment!

The only reason i am willing to cut them some slack is if this was shot before Ashish fell ill n was during the day they were both shooting for the holi episode for Colors.

I might be throwing oil in the fire here but come on guys who rather see Thakur over Paro. I would chose Thakur any time any day he just has the it factor. The actor has a great screen presence and what makes a great story is great villains. I like Paro too but her moping aroud with flashbacks does not appeal to me either, This has nothing to do with Sanaya it is just her character does not have that mystery element the other characters do. She is too good too pure an open book her presence is effective when it is contrasted with Rudra's darkenss. I wounder rather see Thakur criminal network more insight in his character he is still a mystery to all of us. How and why did he plan the bus attack with BSD officers, was he always born evil, what is the past with BSD. I always compalined that the BSD is lacking depth as a legitimate criminal fighting organization, right now it is like Rudra does all the work for BSD what does his colonel do. They could explore more its inner workings, how Thakur is linked with it and how he managed to get away all these years.

There was a tamil show called chithi. What happened there was time got suspended and they went into flashback mode and it was only flashback for weeks on out. I don't mind seeing something like that in regards to Thakur and his past. Ok whatever it is wishing writers all the best they will do what they can to entertain us so lets just watch the show and stop complaining.

Totally agree with u , I know that v have good supporting cast and nice parallel stories , but in today's epi samarat and mithali scene , Sumer and samarat scene was filler scene , sanaya is a female lead instead of those scene they can show her

Normally, I'd agree that a Lead female should be in most of the episode, but realistically Paro's character- the way it's developed thus far ( and it has only STARTED to develop) has not been one signularly for the screen: She has almost always been with someone on screen, all her solo scenes have been of reflection, or crying. The possibilities of her having a lot of lead time on screen are more limited because of her character's current circumstance, and don't give much to work with ASAP. Giving her more screen time means BUILDING a story that justifies seeing her character more often without Rudra's, and NOT have it be roha dohna or flashbacks.

And again, Sanya is a wonderful actress but Paro isn't a fully developed Character- I think she's going to have a metamorphosis throughout this show. In Contrast, we have such strong supporting characters, that seeing them on screen for an episode or two doesn't kill anyone.

I agree with a few of your points but disagree with some. This is an unexpected situation so maybe they couldn't plan the episode properly and they had to make changes...but I hope we have Sanaya on screen tomorrow because it's essential.

See, the online fans know the cause of Ashish's absence from the show but what about the TRP audience? They would certainly wonder what happened to the leads because they are the ones that primarily hold the show together. So in such instances, it's better to show at least one scene with one of the leads even if it's just one scene.

We haven't seen much of Paro without Rudra or other characters after she came to his house, but we haven't seen much reflection from her side either. So this is the perfect opportunity to show some introspection from her side and develop her character.

Irrespective of how many scenes she has had with other characters in the last couple of weeks, Paro is one of the lead characters. And a lead character isn't and shouldn't be dependent on other characters.

I agree that too many flashbacks aren't good, as they away from the quality of the episodes, but at this stage, some flashbacks can be incorporated with her introspection and I am speaking for the upcoming episodes...scenes where she is shown to miss her loved ones...or maybe she can analyze where she stands with Rudra...and how she reacts when Rudra goes missing. So that in the absence of Ashish, Parud's track can still develop and the audience can also see glimpses of Rudra from time to time.

But you will see her! It was only one episode 😆. Also like another member suggested, if Paro has shot scenes with Rudra- those scenes are unusable to the change in story line atm, so they have to re-work things.

If she's missing a week, then I agree- it would be odd. But our supporting cast is interesting enough to support the show for a day😉

I agree, sometimes individuals can't seperate the actress from the character.

Sanya is AMAZING, but her character is still developing, so her on screen presence without R is limited at the moment- the CVs have to build around her, which I'm sure they're tweking right now, so we WILL see her. This was only ONE episode.

In contrast, Thakur and Mohini ARE fully developed and DEEP (evil, yes, but deep too LOL)
It's refreshing to see another aspect of the story- and it's only one episode. Paro will come! 😊
