This wedding is going till the actual wedding day more like D day. All of next week is going to be functions. Rudra is going to dump Laila somehow he is going to tell her to get lost right now she is the least of his problems. Laila will go away swearing revenge I think it is too soon for her part to take center stage, they got bigger tracks to close first.
Something is going to happen at the mela. I don't know the timing of all this. There is three things on the same day how is that possible, mela, court martial, and wedding, is Major going to be in three different places at the same time. Mela has to happen first for him to secure his job, so Mela first then the hearing at BSD HQ then the wedding. Major has planned an operation at the Mela now that can't happen if he gets fired first he won't be involved. Or maybe all these event are not on the same day who knows it is confusing. I don't know why my gut instinct is telling me nothing is going to stop this wedding.
How else will Rudra and Paro stay together. Mohini Kaki still doesn't know the whole picture once she knows that Paro is a suspect in a gun smuggling case and any time the villains can rain bullets on her family she will ruin everyone mausam on having Paro present in the haveli she won't stand for a criminal living with them. Rudra can't hand her over back to BSD because even the army knows she is not a credible witness and even if BSD somehow agrees to keep Paro safe Rudra will insist on being directly involved, our Major is too attached to her to let go of his girl. Paro case is just too much of a mess right now only way to clean the slate is for her to be his wife, this will close all the angles.
I personally am looking forward to seeing Rudra marry Paro on his own terms that would be an interesting way to jump start this relationship. He doesn't love her, doesn't hate her just wants to keep her safe now what more reason does he need. It will be fun to watch his confusion to see him breaks all his rules for Paro. That will provide for a more far more interesting post marriage setting than the usual I hate you you hate me stay out of my sight scenario yawn.
