I was thinking the same. It totally threw me off. But hope Thakur is not the father.

yes indeed he sure does love her, which is good because she left home for him..:/ However loving his wife doesnt have anything to do with smuggling arms..true he is decieving her but its almost his 'professional life' and hence keeps both seperate lol.

but if he truly loved her he wouldnt decieve her and kill people! he must have own definition of love.

Yup. I expected a change in his expressions when he embraced her but the worry lines dint disappear from his forehead. I expected him to push thakurain to tell him what was ailing her and where she had gone off to but he didn't. This thakur is an intriguing villain. If rudra is actually his son,then it would be interesting to see rudra fighting his biological father and supporting another man who raised him
