Hello . Colors channel is known for showcasing issue based shows ,Rangrasiya is another milestone in its maneuvere to entertain and apprise the viewers of burning issues. The story is an assimilation of such issues, revolving around an orphan girl trapped in the net of a Feudal lord, who takes advantage of her innocence to fulfill his secret and dangerous motive. The beautiful maiden ignorant of the truth holds the lord in high esteem, owes to him, feels that it is her bounden duty to be faithful towards him.
Rangrasiya is a mirror of cross border terrorism, how the illiterate villagers are exploited for the sake of a few bucks to indulge in terrorist activity, who are oblivious of the repercussions on their family and country . The illegal dealings of weapons, smuggling of deadly chemicals, drugs across the borders and more so the trafficking of innocent girls through intrusion are practised by the so called underworld mafias . Firstly the parents of these girls are befooled by suggesting that their marriage have been fixed across the border, as if there is dearth of grooms in our country, also the parents are lured of money to give acceptance to the alliance, and finally a false ceremony is organised on the pretext of marriage so that with the girl's farewell they can smuggle huge cache of contraband goods. All the aforesaid strategies are adopted to throw dust in the eyes of the officers of Border security force, to dodge them and get the mission of smuggling accomplished. The mafias are flourishing in the business as they succeed to mobilise large number of villagers who readily accept the proposal for the sake of their livelihood and also to dispose off their responsibility.
The fate of the innocent girls is well known to all of us as massive racket of flesh trading have been unearthed a numerous times. The Govt's effort in this regard is insufficent, they need to incorporate stringent rules to stop such crimes. A great deal of suffering, violence and illegal trades can be checked if the villagers are provided with basic necessities of food, shelter and clothing. Their fears of burden of responsibility can be allayed by providing literacy and vocational education to girls so that they are no more treated only as a liability, also their helpless parents are not perforce to turn prey of the smugglers. The Govt should not overlook this grave matter, it poses great threat to the peace and tranquility of our nation. Its negligence towards the bordering hamlets has already led the villagers to harbour acrimonious feeling towards the state machinery and the local administration.
Thankfully our Heroine Paro has found a saviour in Rudra who will make all efforts to protect her from the evil eyes of the feudal lord. Sanaya's heart rending performance, impeccable dialogue delivery coupled with her radiant beauty and Rudra's realistic acting deserves accolades. Each scene of them is breath taking and keeps the viewers completely engrossed . The emotions of pain and anger are very well enacted as we can see the blazing fire burning in their eyes. Their endearing performances have already made this show worth watching and I am sure with strong message and brilliant acting it will secure a place in the hearts of the viewers and will be widely acclaimed for its powerful story line and high level acting.
