It's unfortunate that his childhood was dark and sorrowful but does that give his the right to treat a woman like this?

If this negativity and torture towards a woman doesn't stop soon...I will stop watching this show. It's just not right...forced marriage used as a threat ...where a woman has no rights whatsoever...where a man is allowed to even think of marrying a woman all the while having a sexual relationship with another...how is this acceptable to the Indian society? How does a man get away for having several sexual relationships and a woman has to be a virgin?

The negativity of this show is like a menace which is slowly spreading everywhere and I think if this marriage takes place I will stop watching this show.

No, I'm not blaming his childhood for this one ... he can't get away with that excuse, ... this is ruthless army man, pushed to the brink because of the court martial threat hanging over his head.

And unfortunately, it's very true that women in many instances have to suffer ... women and the weak and the defenseless, who have no rights, no voice.

Rapunzale, the business of Rudra having a woman on the side and marrying Paro doesn't come in here, because he's using marriage only as a threat. But I really hope the marriage does not take place, because Rudra in the last scene was frightening ... if he loses his job and marries Paro, it will be a hate marriage of the worst sort ... he will let loose all his frustrations on her and that will be horribly unpleasant to watch. I hope before that happens, Rudra gets an idea of Paro's innocence.

Rudra has told her multiple times, but he has NO PROOF ... why would she believe him unless he can prove his stand? After all, he doesn't believe her when she says she doesn't know anything about the gun smuggling ... and that is the truth.

So neither has proof right...!
But ultimately this step of his is going to take her in the right direction! Because Tejawat is wrong???she HAS to get to know that!

Neither has done anything for the other to believe them...Rudra has not brought any new evidence and Paro also has only her beliefs that Tejawat is a god being wrongly accused!

If Rudra had been shown as thinking that Paro is a widow and the thought of marriage will hurt her etc then yes he would be totally hate worthy...but the idea came to him when kaki suggested it...and he only pounced on it because he knows Paro hates him and would never want to marry him!

Again we know Paro is innocent but Rudra doesn't!

Of the two, Paro has reason to believe in Tejawat ... he has been a father figure in her life, his wife has been a mother figure, and has treated Paro like a favorite daughter ... she has never seen any evidence to the contrary, and she has lived in the village all her life. Why would she believe anything against Tejawat ... that too from a man she saw kill her husband in cold blood ... that part she has seen with her own eyes ... no room for doubt there. It's not that easy for her to go against the person she has revered all her life, without a shred of proof.

Yes, the idea came to him when Mohini kaaki suggested it ... he pounced on it, kill two birds with one stone ... because he is desperate, he has nothing else ... Paro has held out steadfastly against him till now, and he is too prejudiced to accept that it might be because she is speaking the truth. He wants her to confirm that Tejawat is involved ... but she cannot, because she does NOT KNOW THAT.

Yes, she HAS to get to know that. Either from the news of men hunting for her or another attempt on her life, or her Nandu jija surfacing or something ... all I hope is that it happens soon, because if the hate marriage goes through, it will be very, very unpleasant to watch.

Yes...Paro has reason to revere Tejawat!
But remember Rudra doesn't know that! He knows Birpur vasis hate BSD and support Tejawat and thinks Paro is the same...has she ever expressed what he did for her and why he can't be wrong...never! And they have had conversations! He has tried telling her the news about girls who get married and never come back...she is totally closed to the idea...so what to do...they have reached an impasse...it's catch 22... He doesn't have proof and that's why she is his best bet and she doesn't believe him because he has no proof!
It would be unfair to talk of Rudra's childhood bitterness or Laila here actually because those don't come into play...and Paro is not someone totally unrelated to the case who he is torturing because he will lose his job...he has reason to believe that she is connected and that's why she comes into the picture!

I enjoyed the episode thoroughly today diya 😃
Loved the way the tables were turned on mochisa 😆 What wonderful planning she had done with her ladla sumer and how it rebounded on her ...loved the way the dialogues were written ...everything that mochisa said to rudra , he replied back in kind.

Ofcourse my favourite line was " gajar matar in pulao " 😆

Their also one line that paro said ( in an episode where she didn't have much to do ) " mere dharam ke ..." That was an interesting line , never thought in that direction. Is she talking off remarriage here or talking of marrying a man who killed her husband ...

Tmrw's precap is very much on expected lines ...let's see when paro also catches his coller . We have some very interesting times ahead ...think the forum will be on fire 😉

Agree that a hate marriage would be too cliched and kind of totally against the plot!
It should remain a threat and something should happen that gives either or both proof that the other is speaking the truth!
I am guessing they won't out Tejawat so soon so it has to be nandini! But how does Rudra get his evidence then...let's see!

The episode seemed like softening the blow that Rudra will throw on Paro tomorrow. Maithali who returned to being goody again with Paro after Kakisa asked her to make a wedding list, telling Paro of a heart that beats in Rudra and the brother's conversation about Rudra's love of motherland and his job.
Poor Paro had started believing that no matter what Rudra may threaten her with he will not put her in moral dilemma and was looking upto him to extricate her out this new problem created by Mohini. Dilsher assured her the same. What a shock she got!

The only part I relished today was seeing Mohini's incredulous expression when Rudra agreed to a marriage in four days. Mausam bigad gaya.

Tomorrow Paro faces renewed threats and pressures. Paro's choice - death warrant for others or death warrant for her morality (would love to read a post on this).

I digress, but why this emphasis on Paro as witness? Why did Rudra's superiors discount Kesari Ram's confession? Wasn't he the one who had said enough to send them off on the border shoot-out? Am confused 😕

Yes, both Rudra and Paro HAVE to know they both stand on the right side. It has to be BOTH ways.
