Varun is only Paro's namesake temporary husband. He has made it clear that in his eyes he doesn't consider her married.

That was very telling.

Honestly in this case I believe that statement is only a reflection of the truth that Rudra knows...regarding the marriage and the groom who tried to escape at the cost of Paros life...by namesake he meant she thinks of him as her husband but he was in fact a traitor all the way!
One of the truths about Paros life that Rudra knows but cannot prove right now! He was talking sarcastically I believe?

Well I think he thinks it was an actual marriage, but also a sham. It was a pretext to smuggle weapons. But I'm not sure if he believes they were acting out the wedding.

I think coz he has the sort of intelligence that he has got due to leading this investigation his thought process is not that wrong! Unfortunately Paro neither is not privy to such information nor she knows anything which is a sticky situation

But we must admit all the wedding rituals did happen🤢 Hence if another wife of Varun does not crop up from somewhere in all essence & purpose she is Varun's widow

I don't think he has even thought about or is thinking about the validity of that marriage ritual wise...because he is not thinking about paro as a married lady right now anyway! Maybe later when he does have feelings for her he would not consider this marriage valid as it was part of a sham...then this may come up!

Rudra knows for sure the groom was fake though the wedding was for real that is the rituals and stuff.

But he said it aloud for her to start believing and accepting that Varunsa was a dhokebaaz and the marriage a farce. So basically he did her a favour.

They need to have a face-off where he blurts out that Varun was holding a gun at her head when Rudra shot point blank at the fake groom.

I know baba. For me it was interesting that he doesnt think of her as married. he is very clear cut when it comes to life. No place for feelings. So although Parvathy went through the rituals of a wedding and is in fact married, he doesnt consider her to be.

Well then Parvati herself isn't too conscious of her married status. :P

And I wouldn't expect Rudra to really think of her marital status since he doesn't do rishtey.

But interesting, yep.
