One of the most beautiful, colorful and delicate of nature's creatures, the butterfly. It is indeed a work of art, every detail breathtaking, every etching ethereal. It takes a while though, such perfection takes time, such beauty takes patience. The emergence of the butterfly is a slow and gradual process. At first glance, its nothing more than a worm or a moth, a shapeless cocoon, but gradually as time flies, the results are totally unexpected and take everyone's breath away. Away from prying eyes, in secluded darkness, nature creates a masterpiece. Beauty and form, vibrant hues and perfect designs come together to form an unforgettable creature, killed by a harsh touch and yet surviving thousands of years of evolution. And the day it emerges, flying delicately in full glory, it shocks and surprises, one and all. (No guys its not a science class...seriously 😆)

Today was the day when the butterfly finally emerged from the cocoon, shocking one and all. Her shades, her glory coming to full light, Paro today stunned everyone by her beauty and by her courage. No one, not a single soul (except may be for Rudra), expected this quiet, shy, delicate creature to have the courage and gumption to stand strong and tall against the storm called Mohini. The taunt factory was under the misconception that this timid creature could be easily dominated and manipulated. The little nobody that she can wipe her feet on...err the girl simply pulled the rug from under her unsuspecting feet. No mausam ma'am, you read her all wrong!! She was a revelation!! Her strong flight stumped all, especially the she devil. Nature, for years, indeed created a masterpiece of beauty and quiet strength in her, unawares by all, and now its time to let it fly free.
It gives me immense satisfaction to see Paro's character finally emerge and take shape. The cvs took their time, her character remaining sketchy, hazy for the longest, but today I have no complaints. An unusual character, a strong and silent woman (have seen plenty of men but never a woman), porcelain on the outside, kryptonite on the inside!! Delicate yet extremely strong, timid yet courageous...finally I fall in love with Paro. No need to raise her voice, yet what she says is firm. No need to have an intimidating personality, yet she fears no one. She might be a small village girl, never having crossed the boundaries, but here is a lady who can cross traditional limits, and call a spade a spade and the world be damned!! And loved the way she took the Ranawat household by storm in a couple of days. Not only did she lend support to the weak, and stood by her, but also when the going got tough, rose brilliantly to the occasion. Yes, to some it may seem foolhardy, foolish and against self preservation, but there are some rare species around who care more about others pain than their own safety, our Paro Bai Sa falls in that endangered category. And try as he might, Rudra will not be able to contain her suicidal tendencies 😆!
All the wait was worth the watch...the glorious butterfly finally emerges!!

Eveline ... I liked her standing strong and confronting the ogress in the house -- belling the cat that no one wanted to... but what was running in my mind then was -- isn't she a captive here ... she is not a guest , a relative... she is just a witness... how can she interfere in family matters... then it struck me ... the undercurrent that was running there was all about motherhood and a mother's love...
Paro feels for abandoned/orphaned/motherless children ...she sees God in them... she will never abandon a child unlike Rudra's mother... so while on the surface it was a storm in a teacup over adoption , the underlying message is that Paro is different from Rudra's mother... she will stand strong and never abandon a child... so she is not like other beautiful women...

Yup..it seemed foolhardy and stepping out of boundaries to me too..initially, and then I realized that the girl was fueled by passion, pure passion. If she had time to think, she would have just stood there, demure and timid. But she didn't have the time to call on logic, coz what was said, hit home. She just felt and reacted. In a way the present was strangely entwined with her past, this battle was close to her heart, and anyways, whatever the circumstance, this girl will never shy away from stating the truth and standing by it. She is definitely not one to shy away from battles just cause she is afraid of a few scars...ask Rudra!!😆

Awesome character analysis...She truely stunned one and all...Even Rudra was stunned a bit...which isn't surprising,...but if anyone could expect this ...it would have to be him...he has seen glimpses of this in the past...But the difference today is that she came out of her shell for someone other than herself...when she obviously has no connection to that person...except for empathy maybe...he'll definitely question her on this and may be even yell at her...But he'll definitely respect this quality soon...😉

This was the shortest and surest way to Rudra's heart. Rudra in his life, has only been witnessing selfish women, be it his mother who abandoned him or his masi, least said the better. Now he sees a girl who is strong and selfless, who is beautiful not just on the outside, but inside too. For men like Rudra, and why him for every man, respect comes first before love. You can't love a woman you can't respect. And Paro's actions today earned her some mega brownie points from Rudra. He is going to be furious, give her a hard time, but the fact remains, she has earned his respect some more.

Despite this being close to her heart, she is not a complete stranger there nor a member of the family yet. Her speech, support of maithli, clarification all was well till she said 'I haven't finished yet'! That is not Paro. She is more mannered than that sentence.Even the men in the house looked surprised.

Goodness is good, but foolishness can cost her life...considering the situation she is in.
