A truly remarkable relationship on the make.

Yes, Dilsher is a man of honor. And why Dilsher only, Rudra too, both the Ranawat men are men of honor. I so desperately wanted to see just one of them misbehave with Paro in front of Rudra, he would have ripped them apart!! Dilsher might have brought Rudra up on Jali hui roti and subzi and nothing else, but he has definitely passed on the code of honor to his son. Rudra might not agree, but he has picked up plenty of principles and morals from his father.
The son has taken care of her physical needs, while the father is tending to her emotional ones.
With the passage of time, the similarities between both father and son will become more obvious, hopefully!!

So true...enjoying this unexpected yet very heartwarming relation that Paro and Dilsher are developing. In a very small amount of time Dilsher has developed fatherly feelings for Paro and has become her defacto guardian in the Ranawat household. Sometimes relationships are formed without really understanding why or how, they just happen. Despite refusing Rudra to be her "chowkidar" he unconsciously has become her protector.

Have said it before, you have a talent to put in words the intangibles in the show.

So true, if we look carefully (other than our family), there are no whens and whys and hows attached to our relationships. They just happen. It's a connect that comes from the heart and logic never plays a role here.
It seems Dilsher has taken to Paro since day one, having realized his son's folly in targeting such an innocent. His heart goes out to her and her helpless plight, invoking his protective instincts. The same is slowly happening to Rudra too, but our Rudra is too stubborn and too hardened to give in so quickly.
This relationship between Dilsher and Paro is so endearing, so unique! Just looking forward to seeing this budding relationship flower into something ever more beautiful.
And thanks for your kind words..they help!!

Beautiful post .. and loved all the takes here. It was heartwarming to see Dilsher stand up for Paro, to protect her honor and her name ... a girl he barely knows, but he knows the truth of her situation, how alone she is and has judged her character well enough, to see how she is coping with such a traumatic situation that she has been thrown in. Loved the way he didn't allow Sumer to touch her ...

Paro has found an unlikely guardian and a champion ... and as the show goes on, I think she will be happy for his strength to lean on, when her turbulent relationship with Rudra actually starts. Also I loved the shock and then the gratitude in her eyes when he claimed her as his bahu. Someone to stand for HER ... she who is so completely alone in the world.

Not half as beautiful as the ones you create !!
It felt like finally our wait was over!! At long last, there is someone who can stand up for her, she is not left all alone to battle life and world!! He is worldly wise, and his scars have made him more perceptive than the rest. Have always noticed that in real life too, people who suffer, tend to develop a deeper understanding and a keen instinctive perception of character. The father knows what the son has not yet realized, that Paro is an innocent victim.
The Sumer scene was the highlight for me...but have one regret...I so wanted Rudra to handle (manhandle 😆) Sumer. Once, just once, I want to see him try that with Rudra around...the man will be blown to pieces by the third eye.
As the show progresses and so does her equation with Rudra, we all will be so grateful that papa Ranawat is on Paro's side, something tells me his support will be sorely required 😉!!

This relationship between Dilsher and Paro is going to bloom in to something really really beautiful!! She may have got back her loving father already in the form of Dilsher!! He won't just be a father-in-law but will become actually a father to her eentually!!

Would love to see this beautiful relation more and more in the coming episodes!!
