So true...enjoying this unexpected yet very heartwarming relation that Paro and Dilsher are developing. In a very small amount of time Dilsher has developed fatherly feelings for Paro and has become her defacto guardian in the Ranawat household. Sometimes relationships are formed without really understanding why or how, they just happen. Despite refusing Rudra to be her "chowkidar" he unconsciously has become her protector.
Have said it before, you have a talent to put in words the intangibles in the show.

I've always like senior Ranawat, esp his bond with his son. To an outsider they come across as chalk and cheese, Rudra not even respecting him by addressing him as BabuSa, when in actual fact they are two peas in a pod. Both share very similar traits. 😳
Today he actually did what his son asked him on the first day, to guard her.

It was amazing to see the extent the father went (and son will go tmrw) to protect a complete stranger (and her honor) against their own blood and family!

Like MKM's mountain and waterfall analogy, Paro's innocence, simplicity and inherent goodness has definitely weaved a way for the protective and possessive instincts to rise within father son Duo. Rudra may not verbalize it, but his actions speak for himself.

Dilsher and his crutch were the stars... He was uncomfortable lying, but he was adamant no would be allowed to dishonor this precious, wounded, innocent!

When Rudra blows hot and cold later, when he's starts developing feelings for her, Dilsher will be the comfort figure in her life.

Beautiful post .. and loved all the takes here. It was heartwarming to see Dilsher stand up for Paro, to protect her honor and her name ... a girl he barely knows, but he knows the truth of her situation, how alone she is and has judged her character well enough, to see how she is coping with such a traumatic situation that she has been thrown in. Loved the way he didn't allow Sumer to touch her ...
Paro has found an unlikely guardian and a champion ... and as the show goes on, I think she will be happy for his strength to lean on, when her turbulent relationship with Rudra actually starts. Also I loved the shock and then the gratitude in her eyes when he claimed her as his bahu. Someone to stand for HER ... she who is so completely alone in the world.

It is such an unlikely and unusual relationship...don't seem to remember any sasur bahu bonding like this...
It is a powerhouse of talent, not only Ashish and Sanaya, other actors like Kaliji and Ananyaji are fantastic too.👏

I always love your post.. Your post are so symbolic .. I llove the way you protray the hidden emotion and depth of every character.. .. Everytime your words touched me.. Love the below lines..

He watches out for her, be it her food or her self respect. Assured that this unsteady man on his feet will make sure that no one unsettles Paro's life. Finally she is blessed with an unusual guardian, a sentinel that could never protect his own, an unlikely angel she never asked for

Thanks buddy. There are such awesome writers in this forum, sometimes you just feel so humbled, you tend to shup up!! Lately I have been so impressed by what I have read, I just haven't had the heart to share my two cents ...but thanks for the encouragement 😊

Yes, felt very good with the father came to Paro's defense. Poor girl, she has suffered so much and now suddenly there is some hope!

How ironic, the person to hates women, especially beautiful women, was there to the rescue.

Looking forward to tomorrow's epi and Rudra's reaction.

Lol..me too. I have been waiting the whole day to see the major's reaction ...when he left he was single ready to mingle and when he gets back he is hitched and bewitched...this should be fun😆!!

Father in law...hmm for that you will have to get a hubby first 😆!! Jokes aside that is what took us by surprise, the cvs initially gave SR such tones that we didn't expect anything much from him in tenderness and care, but heck what do we know?! Quite an endearing twist !!

Wow, another nice topic from you today. Loved reading it, i just love Dilsher-Paro bonding since they first met, a protective fatherly figure for Paro who has lost everthing. I guess he's realised now that how his bitterness towards women has damaged his son.

He seemed to have taken her under his wing the moment he set eyes on her. He is worldly wise, and his wisdom seems to recognize the innocent victim in Paro. About his and Rudra's equation, try as he might, its not easy to undo what he has done with Rudra's psyche. I just hope it doesn't end up having dire consequences in the Rudra Paro tale.
