So once he faked her death, he needed a safe house to take her to ... now that the thakur is relaxed that he has no witnesses, Rudra can allow her to go back and catch maamisa off guard ... she will be so happy to see Paro alive that she will forget that she's not supposed to know her, and will betray herself.

And Rudra is keeping watch on her all through ... so he will bring her back after that to keep her safe again ... once Thakur knows she is still alive, he might attack her again.

As far as the operation cut loose goes SSN has found out that the intern in research department messed up on WPP and writers realized that WPP is a completely voluntary program where the witness willingly participates and is free to leave when ever they want to. Now we all know our RR folks are not the ones to throw c*** at viewers in the name of creative liberties so Paro will be cut loose to go home and on her way home she will have an epiphany ( thank god for magical mirrors) and realize that she be "safe" only at RH so will return voluntarily! Plain and simple no complicated plot to catch bitiya and gaonvale by Bitwa cos his shatir dimag is on extended vacation after that extremely lucrative rope partition of Haveli where in his side gets all the bed rooms AND kitchen! Not to worry it ( shatir dimag that is) should return in 28/45/90 days!
