When Paro was in the temple talking, when she had said Varun's name

She goes 'this is the only shortcoming, i wish his name was one of yours'

Im not great with all this but i assume the name Rudra is one of those names right?

So even though he may not tick every other box on Paro's list for a life partner, he has won in the name department😆 (providing what i said in bold is right)😳

Yes, "Rudra" is one of God Shiva's names.
I am not Indian. but I am reading up on Shiv/Parvati.

Yes, Rudra is another name of Shiva in his aggressive and fierce avataar. Only Parvati with her calmness and strength can bring Shiva back to normalcy.
