Awesome review, impressed with your mythological take of Paro and Rudra's characters. Sanaya and Ashish are doing complete justice to their roles.

Did I mention that I love your posts? 😆 In case I forgot to ... let me just say ... I love your posts. 😆
I love the mythological references you draw out ..Parvati was supposed to marry a Lord Vishnu type groom ... I did not know that!! 😲 I did know, of course, that Sati's choice of Shiva met with Daksha's extreme disapproval! Sanaya's expressions in those scenes, first in the temple, then by the water tank, were beautiful ... sublime, gentle, accepting, yet the nervousness and hesitation clearly visible.... her expression remains petrified as if she has had a premonition somewhere and is all the while waiting for her sleepy dreams to awaken!Beautifully said! As though somewhere deep inside, she knows that this groom the Rajmata speaks of, is not the one for her.I'm not an expert in the dialect, so I don't have much problem with her accent ... she is trying her best, and that's good enough for me. Paro is soft spoken and a girl of few words anyway.Rudra ... you have expressed it so beautifully! He is volatile, impulsive, cruel, volcanic, usurping, merciless and sans any tenderness of the heart ...Rudra, destruction ... but only of evil ... he will stamp out all evil mercilessly ... and true to his name, Rudra Pratap Ranawat does just that. Infiltrators have crossed his boundary, killed his men, threatened his land and his people ... they deserve no mercy whatsoever, and he shows them none.Another parallel I loved - Lord Rudra is bathed with water from Ganges so that He calms!Rudra pours water over his face after the fight is over ...I noticed the parallel only after you pointed it out 👏So far I'm very impressed with Ashish ... he has had minimal screen space, mostly action scenes, and hardly any dialogues, yet he has created an strong impact. Waiting for more scenes, and especially the relationship between Rudra Paro.Thakur and thakurain are both impressive ... great actors both!I also loved that shot of the tricolor fluttering over the sands, over Rudra's head ... against the vastness of the barren desert backdrop ... beautiful shot, very poignant and stirring.Lovely post!!!

Wonderful post @Meself I love your references to mythology, I love mythology and symbolism anyway but you express it so well
Also there is a lot if the mythology I don 'to know too much about and I find it fascinating
Symbolism is a treasure , it unlocks the doors for a deeper interpretation of the scenes, characters and story. The more layers you unpeeled the more magical the story becomes a thank you 🤗
Will look forward to your analysis as much as the show itself!

Wow.. you write so beautifully. Loved your comparison with Shiv-Parvati.
The Rudra roop of Lord Shiva was the most destructive. The names Rudra and Parvati are totally true in the case of these two.Looking forward to read more of your posts.
