i've just started with the wedding update, i don't know how many updates i'll be stretching it!! please bear with me!!! if any mistake i oblige, as i've written it in a hurry, hope its long one!!!

Part 40

Whole morning and afternoon had flew, everyone are busy in arrangements, running here and there. Khanak and Misha are in her room, Khanak's make-up artist had to come, Khanak is sitting on her bed, seeing her friend, she's ranting, Misha's getting all the jewellery out for the wedding, Khanak shakes her head and smiles at her…

Misha: Khanak kya kar rahi hain??

Khanak: kuch nahi!!! (Misha seats herself next to her)

Misha: tumhari shaadi hain, tumhe ready nahi hona???

Khanak: haan!!( not allowed to continue)

Misha: pata hain,main ne, apni shaadi ki time par, subah hi ready ho gayi thi!!!

Khanak laughs at that statement…

Misha: tu hass rahi hain!! Main sach bhol rahi hun!!!! (pouts)

Khanak hugs her friend from side……

Khanak: Mish!! Abhi time hain!! (Mish smiles)

Misha: achcha yeh batao, tum subah Shaan se baat kar rahi thi na?? (naughty smile)

Khanak: haan!! Tu bhul gayi, jab teri aur Nirav shaadi hone wali thi, tab tum poore din phone pe rehthi thi!!! Main toh sirf kuch der ke liye baat ki!!!! (grins, as she moves away)

Misha: achcha!!! Hum toh sirf phone pe baat karthe the, lekin aap dono hum se bahut aage nikhal gaye hain!!! (nudges from side)

Khanak: kya matlab????

Misha: who sab chodo, (Khanak wonders) achcha aaj raat ke liye kya plan hain???

Khanak gets to know what she's talking about, she gets up and stands, her back facing misha, she smiles shyly!!!

Misha: haaye haaye!!! Sharmaana haan!!!

Khanak: Mish!!!! (shuts her eye in horror, her heart rate has increased beyond the limits, at the same time worried)

Mish: (stands next to her, holds her shoulder, like a side embrace)Khanak!!! Don't worry everything will be fine!!!!

Khanak: im not sure mish!! I mean you know, Aayush needs me everytime, abb aap sab log hain, im able to manage, but kal, tum sab chale jaoge, then, how am I suppose do this??? You know that even Shaan requires my attention and to top that my exams!!!!! I know that Shaan has told me, not to worry but……….

Misha: Shaan ne kya kaha???

Khanak: Shaan ne kaha tha, that I need not worry about managing time with him and Aayush!! You know!! (shrugs)

Misha: haaye!! Kya pyaar hai!!!! I hope even Nirav was as romantic as Shaan!! (dreamy) abhi dekho, main yaha par hun, aur usne ek baar bhi mujhse baat karne ki koshish nahi ki!!

Khanak giggles, you miss him??? (teasing)

Mish: mera chodo maam, tumhara batao, aaj raat kya karoge??? (Eyebrows dancing)

Khanak: kya??

Misha: aaj tumhara suhaag raat hain!!! U see its your first night with your hubby!!!!!

Khanak gets the words "suhaag raat" and "hubby" which makes her shudder!!! The thought bringing chills, her heart beat increases, making her to breath audibly!!!!! Mish understands her situation , hugs her!!

Mish: don't worry, just go with the flow!!!

Khanak: hope so that everything goes good!!!

Misha assures that everything would be good, she had to just enjoy the feeling of physically wanted!!! As they were already connected emotionally!!!

After some time, Aayush had come to her, she had made him ready, he had silently got ready and after that he had ran out, as he was enjoying his day by running all over the house, her hair stylist had also come, as it was already late, now Khanak has wore her wedding lehanga with dupatta, her hair stylist, teing her hair up and making it look good, meanwhile…..

Khanak: Mish, How was your first day at your in laws house????

Misha: it was good, why???? Waise bhi tum achche se khaana banleti ho, to koi problem nahi hogi!! (Mish is looking at Khanak hairs, helping the stylist)

Khanak: Mish!! Teek se batao na!!!

Mish: arrey baba, kuch nahi hota, tum morning jaldi se utt jao, wohi kaafi hain!!!(giggles, Khanak glares at her through mirror)

Mish: khanak, kuch nahi, may be you have to prepare the sweet, and the morning pooja, serve the breakfast to everyone, baad main kha lena, bus, main ne itna hi kiya tha, haan after that they may take you too some mandir, you and Shaan will be going as husband and wife to the temple!!! Bus that's it, job hi hain, Madhvi aunty batadegi na!!! waise bhi tumhare sasural waale itne achche hain, if you don't wake up in the morning, they won't even bother you!! (laughing under her breath)

Khanak: Mish!! Can you be serious?????

Mish: I am serious!! Vuh log tumhe itne pyaar karte hain, they won't be asking you a thing!!!

Khanak: is that good?????

Misha: good kya best hain!!!!! Abb chupa hoja, make up karne de, its already late, kahi aisa na hojaya tumhara dulha mandap intezaar karta rahe, aur tum yahi biate rehna!!!

Khanak: funny mish!!! (gives a sarcastic look)

Misha: Ssshhh!!!!!! (conversation stopped, they make her get ready)

On the other side, Shaan is getting ready, he didn't wanted any of the stylist, because he's perfect the way he is!!! He's getting ready in his room, Samar is with him, he's launging on sofa, Shaan is ready wearing his shervani, a cool talk is going on in between friends….

Samar: dude, your lucky to have Khanak in your life!!! She's good man!!!

Shaan: I know!!! (brushing his hair) She's the best (grins)

Samar: Dude!!! Tumhare reaction dekhar aisa lag raha ki, ur hormones are spurting!!! (laughs)

Shaan smiles derivisly!!!! He knows that from today onwards, he'll be everything to her, he'll be the first in her life!!!!

Shaan: and even Aayush!!!

Samar smiles and nods!!!

Suddenly something strikes Shaan, he goes and seats himself on the sofa, a bit serious!!

Shaan: Samar, what's about with Kiya???

Samar: Kiya??? Why, did she do something???

Shaan: she had approached me last night, telling that Khanak was not right for me!! I mean, what does she want???

Samar: as expected!!!

Shaan: matlab???

Samar: Dude!! Don't you remember a thing????

Shaan: what???

Samar: you have an aweful memory!!! Anyways, you remember our graduation day right???

Shaan: aahh which was held 4 or 5 yrs back???

Samar: 4 yrs back!!! You were rewarded with the gold medal, as you had topped in all subjects, from first!!! That day also, she had come to you!!!

Shaan: Kiya??? I don't remember man!!!

Samar: im not surprised, you were so happy that day, you don't even remember, achcha batatau sunn, that day when we were celebrating, Kiya was also with us and she had told you that she was attracted to you, you had just smiled and nodded at her, as you were into your world!!!

Shaan: did she???

Samar: yep!! That's the reason she came with me that day to your hospital to meet you, to remind you about her, but before she could say anything, Khanak had entered, seeing you closer to her, she was confused, but Khanak had made it clear to her saying that you both not only like but love each other, but still I think she had tried once again at you, you know her chance!!!

Shaan: unbelievable!!!

Samar: forget it!! Aaj she's going back after your marriage, so chill!!! She won't be a problem for you!!

Shaan: shaadi main aa rahi hain?? I seriously don't want her to come man, not after knowing this!!

Samar laughs at him, dude, uss din, jab usne tumhe kaha tha, tum so rahe the kya, mujhe sab kuch yaad hain, lekin tumhe… (shakes his head)

Shaan: Samar, u know that it was my luckiest day, u know how it feels to be honoured in front of whole college, I was on cloud 9, yes today also im on cloud 9(smiles) just couldn't see what was happening, and listen also, I ….

Samar: I know dude!! Come on, you didn't say a thing, so it was clear that you didn't have any interst!!! Not to mention she had chosen the right time to tell you!!!

Shaan: yeah….

Samar: deklena yaar, aaj kahi usne kuch hi aur hi maang liya, aur tum Khanak ki pane ki khushi main, tum uske liye bhi haan mat kardena!!! (laughing under his mouth)

Shaan just stares at him, they are disturbed my Madhvi….

Madhvi: chalo beta dher ho rahi hain!!!

Samar: aunty voh jo sar mein lagathe hain na….

Madhvi: sehra!!! Haan beta voh bhi tayaar hain, Shaan ki dadi pehnaigi!!!

All 3 of them move out, Dadi comes with a pooja thali, gives Madhvi to perform the ritual, Madhvi does a teeka for him, Shaan is all smiling. He's surrounded by his family, relatives and friends….

After that, Madhvi slowly places sehra on his head, there's loud cheering behind…..

Dadi: loh sehra bandh gaya!!!! (broadly smiling)

Akshay: Dekho Shaan, yeh tumhara last chance hain, bhaag lo nahi tih, u'll be suffering!!! (jokes)

Khushboo: very funny Akshay!!! Waise Shaan, tumhari tarah nahi hain, he loves Khanak a lot!! Agar tum usse chod do abhi, he'll just get her home!! Kyun Shaan????

Sunil: mere bte ko koi nahi chiddayega!!!

Everyone burst out of laughter!!

Samar: chalo bhai, tumhara favourite ride wait kar rahi hain!!! (smiles cheekily)

Shaan is confused, he just looks back at his family, all are controlling their laughter, they make him come out of the house, their's a horse, which has been decorated beautifully and waiting for him!!!

Shaan (horrified): dad!! No ways!! Main ghodi nahi chadne wala!!

Sunil: Shaan kuch nahi hoga beta, chado!! Nahi toh, Khanak se shaadi nahi karpaoge!!

Shaan: Dad this is blackmailing!! Why can't I go in a car???? Mom??

Madhvi: Kuch nahi hoga Shaan!! Chalo!!

Akshay: chalo Shaan, kuch nahi hoga!! Main tumhare saath rahonga!!

Shaan: Promise!!

Samar (laughing under his breath) haan Shaan main bhi tumhara saath hun!!

Shaan glares at his friend, finally he climbs up the ghodi!!!!

babe I loved it amd it was sooo sweet, loved the frends talk and shaan getting scared of the ghora... cantr wait to see how shanaks marriage life is going to be...
