Part 2
Shaan was sitting on the sea beach thinking about his life.
Yesterday was the best day of his life. Khanak and Shaan enjoyed very much forgetting about everything else in their life. Scooter ride was fun, they visited a nearby village, had lunch in a small dhaba (first time in Shaan's life), played with sea water. All the time teasing each other and laughing like kids.😳
They came back around 9 PM. They entered dadi's room talking about what fun they had.
Dadi: It seems you two enjoyed very much.😊
Shaan Khanak together: It was the best day of our life Dadi.😃
Dadi: I have a good news for you two. Sunil called, Police found out what Khanak's real identity is. Tomorrow we need to go back to Mumbai.😊
Both Shaan and Khanak were shocked hearing this. Dadi was waiting for their reply, After few seconds both started smiling, faint smile. But none of them asked dadi what Khanak's actual identity is, what's her real name, whose wife she is.
Dadi said : Its quite late, I already had dinner, you two go and have dinner. Tomorrow we need to leave early.
Silently Shaan and Khanak were moving out of the room, dadi stopped them. "Shaan, Sunil told you to call him". Shaan: OK dadi.
They went to the dining area. Khanak said "I am not hungry". Shaan said "Me too, but its not good for you to stay empty stomach, let's have dal roti". Khanak agreed. They ate silently, and then went to their respective rooms (Khanak staying with dadi).
Shaan was not able to sleep. He didn't know what has happened to him. He was waiting for this day. He did a "galati" when his car hit Khanak, for his fault she lost her memory, forgot her identity. He wanted to rectify his mistake. Now his duty is over, he has to send her back from where she belongs. He tossed in bed for sometimes then he got up and headed for the sea beach (it was a seaside hotel).
He saw Khanak sitting there; he came to her and sat beside her. Khanak looked at him. For 30 seconds they were looking at each other. Shaan saw Khanak's eyes are filling up with tears. His heart wanted to cry out loud. He is still trying to find out what is happening to him.😭
Suddenly Khanak rested her head on his chest and started crying. Shaan wanted to comfort her. He hugged her tightly. Khanak was clutching Shaan's shirt, his shirt got drenched by her tears. They didn't know for how long they were like this, as if the time stopped for them.

After some time they broke off from the hug. Shaan: "Let's go, it's quite late now." They started walking towards the hotel, Khanak resting her head on his shoulder and Shaan hugging her. They came near the door of Khanak's room. Shaan: "Go and sleep, you need rest." Shaan came back to his room. He was feeling so empty. His heart knew what was happening to him but his mind was able to control his heart. After sometime he fell asleep.
Khanak was also not able to sleep. She was thinking about last four months. The time she spent with Shaan.
It was dawn and Khanak was still up. She got up and stood in front of the mirror. She could see love in her eyes, love for Shantanu. Last night she saw the same thing on his eyes. She realized they love each other.😊
Shaan woke up when somebody was knocking the door. He opened and saw dadi.
Dadi: Shaan, Khanak is gone. When I woke up she was not on her bed. I found this letter on her bed.
Dadi gives the letter to Shaan.
"Dadi, mujhe sab kuchh yaad a gaya hai. Main wapas ja rahi hun, apne pati ke paas. . Aapki bohut yaad ayegi, mujhe aapse maa se bhi zada pyar mila hai. Aapse bichharneka gham main sahan nahi kar paungi, isliye bina bole ja rahi hun. Shantanu se kahiyega unka ehsan main hamesha yaad rakhungi. Aapki Khanak."
The letter fell off to the ground, Shaan was dumbfounded. Tears came to his eyes. His mind couldn't control his heart this time. Shaan: "dadi, I love her dadi, I love her".😭
Galati mujhse usidin huyi thi jisdin tumse mila tha
Sudharne gaya tha main par gunah kar baitha
The accident which made him meet her was his "galati" and falling in love for a already married girl was his "gunah".
