Episode starts with Sunil and Madhavi at the breakfast table ( have never seen these guys at any meal apart from breakfast😕).Sunil gets annoyed by the sound of the guitar from Shaan's room and looks up. He expresses his annoyance to Madhavi and says he cannot tolerate music in his house.( hey come on..the guy sounds good...if Yashu can tolerate KT singing Tujhe Dekha toh and playing a completely different tune...so can you Sunil.😆.)

Rahul wants Sam to choose his fianc s wedding ring. She asks the shop keeper to show solitaire. She asks if his would-be likes diamond and he asks if she likes diamonds. She retorts back that she is not his would-be . He snaps back that he asked her opinion and to express her regret. She says that his would-be would regret and not her. She then asks him which diamond he likes and he picks a big one saying that bigger the diamond ..happier she would be. Sam gets back at him saying that happiness comes from love and not diamonds and all this hype is just to show-off. Rahul agrees and says that yes ..he wants to show the world what he can do for the girl he is getting married to ( I completely understand..ok maybe not completely..but still...I hope that in your attempt to have a grand wedding..we don't have to bear the brunt of another series of presentation or a shopping spree😕)

Starts with Sam remembering the events in the jewellery store. She thinks to herself that Rahul is intentionally doing these things cause he knows exactly what will hurt her. She remembers certain events of the past.(thank god someone will remember and in turn help out poor Watsons like us about what eactly is going on...😕)

Flashbacks

Sam excitedly tells Shaan that she is madly in love in Rahul and cannot live without him. Sam advices her to tell the guy immediately..Sam agrees but is reluctant thinking what if Rahul says no...Shaan tells her that its their Rahul and there is nothing to fear .Sam is also worried about how to propose as she feels the love but may fail to express it. Finally Shaan tells her not to worry as he would get the proposal ready for her ( Shaan proposed quite a few times...and maybe he is the only lead on television who did it without any nervousness and without wasting precious episodes thinking to himself about proposal methods..now I know why..he had first hand experience from college itself...and Shaan darling maybe you could open an agency to help dimwit guys with their proposals..that is in case music does not work out😆...)

Sam and Rahul in the cafe when she wants to express her love and Shaan standing behind Rahul holding banners with the wordings for the proposal. Rahul senses something and turns back and Shaan escapes from the site. Sam simply tells Rahul that she loves him. Rahul starts laughing and says that she does not know how to talk..walk or speak properly and you need some standard to be Rahul Khanak girlfriend..He just takes her as a friend but does not love her as you need a girl and guy for love but Sam is a defective piece. A lot of people gather in the cafe and Sam feels humiliated at this rejection. She tells Rahul that he could have simply said no but he chose otherwise but one Day it would be her turn and she will avenge this.(expected...Sam ..girl..you should not have trusted Shaan with the proposal idea...he may be good at it but the climax is always bad...he either gets the wrong girl or gets the timing wrong or gets the wrong response *please remember the thank you after the proposal* ...so lets drop the idea of the agency shall we😆)

Sam cries to Shaan and Shaan feels that they should not have proposed in public cause Rahul is an introvert and maybe he dint like the public proposal otherwise the Rahul that he knows would have never behaved that way. Sam says that he does not love her. Shaan decides to go to Rahul's place and speak to him.

Sam enters her room and is greeted by Khanak. Khanak tells her to speak the truth as she has seen everything with her own eyes. Sam does not understand in the beginning but remembers the proposal in the shop. Khanak continues to shoot questions and Sam refusing to answer them asks her to leave as she is irritating her. Khanak questions her as to how she could break Shaan's trust as he is her best friend. Sam says that she does not have to tell everything to Shaan and hopes that Khanak has not told him anything either. Khanak informs her that she does not hide anything from Shaan and he has the rights to know everything she knows. And though she does not believe in love she cannot deny the love in the guy's eyes who was at the shop. Sam gets angry and corrects her that she loved him but he did not.

Rahul is thinking about something and Duck interrupts asking if dreaming is a family problem.(any takers???..poor poor humour) Duck tells him that sometimes he wishes that they could all be friends like before. Rahul gets teary and says that his best friend humiliated him in front of all and got his history before everyone .since that day he could not attend college in shame. But that was past and he is glad whatever happened happened cause that lead to the creation of RK. Now he wants to get back everyone together. Duck applauds him and says that he is the one who is doing what others only dreamt of and he always knew Rahul had a clean heart. He gives Rahul a cake box and reminds him of how he would gives such boxes to upset people in college .Rahul adds that he would also give keys.Duck says but that was only for special friends. Rahul opens the box to find the cake missing..which Duck has already eaten but finds the keys and says that he has not forgotten anything.

Khanak tells Sam that maybe she spoke too much and apologizes. Sam asks Khanak to leave but Khanak wants to know more. Sam says that all that was her past and Rahul hurt not only her but also Shaan.She says this and realizes she has spoken too much. She sends Khanak out of the room and Khanak repeats the name Rahul and wonders if it's the same guy from Shaan college who he does not like talking about.( Shaan 's proposal agency may fail..but Khanak detective agaency wont...she figured out the whole thing in 15 mins and got facts from the horse's mouth itself...and people at the forum have written 30 pages at the critics corner wondering whats going on...😆..learn from the girl people)

Shaan is practicing alone in the cafe when he remembers some old memories. He says they were all so happy until Rahul betrayed them and then everything fell apart. But now he was going to forget Rahul and concentrate on his music. He starts playing but remembers the good old times again and then the slap?he says that he will sing without Rahul but has a weak moment. He then remembers Khanak telling him that she will always support him and be two steps behind. He tells himself that he has to do it for Khanak and he will fulfill every promise he has made to her. ( the CVs have warnings from forum members ...to have Shanak in all episodes...so they either throw in a phone call or some memory from the past ...)

Shaan tells himself that it was Rahul who left them and now there was no place in their lives for him. ( even in mine Shaan😆...no place for anyone except you Khanak and maybe Akki and Boo😛)
