Introduction
For those who don't know about Graphic FF……..
it is something like a comic strip………..
a story told with the help of pics and siggy's and VMs added with dialogues…….
It's a new experiment………..donno if it will work……….if it doesn't……… I'll complete it by writing down the story !!
Some of you who login through phones might have a problem as pics will take time to open up !! Do let me know if it becomes a major issue……..
Kindly ignore Khanak's sindoor and mangalsutra as in this FF she is unmarried but in her pics and siggy's she adorns these assets !!
I'll start with a small introduction :-
Shantanu Khandelwal --
A struggling singer ... Well educated, Well read, Ambitious and an Achiever in almost everything that he takes up !! Comes to Mumbai to realise his dreams !!
He is the son of a renowned businessman Sunil Khandelwal and his socialite wife Madhavi Khandelwal and belongs to New Delhi. As he wants to make a name for himself on his own terms, he has never taken help from his influential parents who are capable of getting him achieve what he wants through their contacts. But that is not acceptable to Shantanu. He believes that he sings well and will be accepted solely on merit !!
Shantanu has always dreamt of Mumbai and achieving his dreams of becoming a singer there. He knew that there was not much scope in Delhi, other than joining his brother Akshay in the business.
Shantanu arrives in Mumbai on the insistence of his friends Dakshish ( Duck) and Natasha…..who have been staying in Mumbai since a long time. Duck works as a software consultant and Natasha is a famous model who is trying to get a big break in a Bollywood movie.
Natasha has a soft corner for Shantanu who is not aware of it but considers her only as a good friend.

Shantanu is worried…………..He has been living in Duck's house, ever since he came to Mumbai and wants to find an accommodation for himself as soon as possible.
Shaan – "Duck………. wish me luck buddy, I am going to meet the head honcho of the RK group today"
Duck – Really ?? Don't worry dude…………he will be highly impressed. You have an amazing voice."
"I hope he does…………I am really nervous."
"But I am confident…………..I'm sure you are going to crack it…………..Relax."
"I'll be able to relax only when I find a home for myself…….. once I get some break, I'll leave your home."
"Come on yaar, have I ever discussed this with you ever?"
"Even if you don't say, Duck………………..I somehow feel bad."
"Don't feel like that Shaan, what are friends for?"
Shaan simply smiled and hugged Duck.
"Just Chill, tomorrow morning, I am leaving for Germany for 3 months, till then you can stay at my home without any fuss………….I'm sure by the time I come back, you will find a home for yourself……………and even if you don't, we'll manage."
Shaan smiled……………finally.
"Rush now…………..you are getting late."
Khanak Sharma
A struggling Model cum actress...well educated, smart and sensible, she knows how to stand up against the opportunist world around her...lives life on her own terms and does not ever compromise on her principles and values !! She too comes to Mumbai to realise her dreams in the glittering city !!!
Khanak belongs to a small city Bikaner in Rajasthan.
She is cheerful, bubbly and full of life. She believes in writing her own destiny. Her parents are typical Rajasthanis who believe in getting their daughters married as early as possible. Khanak fought with her parents for her right to education and then for living a life that she wanted to make for herself.
Finally her parents had to give in. And she told them that she wanted to become an actress after completing her post graduate degree in interior decoration.
She did not want to spend the life of anonymity after getting married and bearing children……….
She has a younger sister Gopi………. who is the complete opposite of Khanak.
Finally, she reaches Mumbai and manages to get small assignments as a model and at the same time she is trying to make it big in the television or Hindi film industry.
She has been staying in a PG accommodation………….in the same building as Duck.
Their floors are different.
The same day Khanak gets a call for the audition from a major ad agency……. She had been trying hard to get registered in that agency and finally her photographs were short listed.
She prays to God for her success and rushes out.
Shantanu stays in Duck's apartment on 11th floor…………….he takes the elevator down and Khanak staying at 10th floor presses the button for the ground floor.
And they meet………….
