Ok! Fellow Odhanians!!
There must not be a single dry eye in the forum today...
The past two days have been nothing short of AWFUL!😭😭😭
The Bombay blasts and then the horrible news!
As if the number 13 just had to prove its presence to mankind!😡
Whether we're at work, with deliverables to finish...
Whether there's a mad rush to make it to school/college in time...
Whether it is the next laundry to fix...
Our mind just wanders to RBO...and...the 'afterlife'!
We're all trying in our own individual ways to come to terms...
We're all pained...the irony, despite knowing that this had to happen some day...
So, thought of giving our pain a new meaning...
Decided to go down memory lane...and, encapsulate the RBO journey...and what it means to us...
From where do I even begin??!!
From the mammoth billboards that had taken over Bombay city in April of last year...or the intriguing, absolutely hatke promos which almost instantaneously caught my attention...or the unconventional pair in the making that has now come to become life itself, in a sense for us...
Sigh!!
Or, should I reminisce about the 'golden' RBO platform created by YP and Swapnaji that brought such INCREDIBLE talent in the form of the Khandelwals to the fore...
And, pure DYNAMITE in the form of KT and Yashu...hamare ADORABLE ShaNak...the BEST on-screen couple...EVER!!!
The CLASSIC example of "at the right place at the right time, really!!"
What an indelible imprint these characters have left on our minds, not to mention our hearts...
That's precisely why we're all hurting...'cos somewhere, in this journey, they ceased to be characters alone...they became an integral part of our lives...
Or, is it the amazing people on our forum, who've made this journey such a joyous affair...
Truly feel blessed to have made such wonderful friends on this forum...
From the meeting of our minds...to the union of our hearts...
Who may even live countries apart...but whose presence resonates even as I type...
Who've always been there...through thick and thin...
Who've shared the joy, the dissapointment, the anger...and, the sheer bliss...
So, friends, as a HUGE part of us is disheartened like there's no tomorrow...
Let's make an attempt, albeit feeble, to look at the other side...
THERE IS SO MUCH TO HOLD ON TO, GUYS!!!😃
There was and will never be anyone like Shantanu and Khanak again...and there will never be a tale like ShaNak again...
They have lived virtually every human emotion possible on the face of this earth...
And, those ShaNak memories will always remain...
No godforsaken Star One turned Star Desh can ever take that away from us!!
From ShaNak scenes to the songs picturised on them...
Whether we're consciously savoring their presence in our lives or simply thinking about them with our eyes shut, as the songs play from our radio stations...
They will still continue to touch a chord in our hearts...
And, bring a smile to our lips!😊
From the masterpiece FFs that have been spun by our supremely gifted writers...
To the magical VMs that our immensely talented members have created...
To be visited and visited...and revisited...
Who can ever take ShaNak away from us??!!😊
Guys, we truly are a BLESSED lot...
For having such a BLAST while the show has been on air...
And, still not being exhausted of our resources...
How many really get as lucky??😊
So, as I sign off, RBO was all about giving love a second chance...
A big part of me tells me that memories are all that we have...
But a bigger part of me says that our single-minded devotion shall not go unanswered...
Our prayers will bear fruit...
It was about the Odhani changing colour...
Talent such as KT and Yashu will definitely fill our lives with colour again!!😃

You guys obviously know, but just thought would reinstate...
Am speaking on behalf of RBO-India Forums...with mind-boggling intellect to boot!
Karan and Yashashri are BRILLIANT actors...they have actually traversed a journey through RBO...both literally and figuratively!
From romantic...to serious...to intense...to comic...to 'action-reaction' being in the same 'space' even when they are not in the same frame together...such is the level of their chemistry attained!!⭐️
These two have done it all...and consistently, so!👏👏👏
So much so, leave alone television, even our movie-viewing experience has been dented forever!!😆
Cross my heart as I say this...the casting of Band Bajaa Baraat was done the way it was...'cos the makers had not watched the legendary "Bell Bajao!!"😆
The bottom line
Talent such as KT and Yashu's cannot be just a one-serial wonder!
That would be criminal!!
RBO is concluding out of turn...
Let these two wonderfully talented actors at least get, what is without a trace of doubt, their rightful due!!
