She put the toothbrush and paste away and pretended to rearrange the other things on the vanity unnecessarily.

"This is it Khanak" her heart told her. "This is how the chase is going to end" "This is the reason the pursuit was made" "

Shaan: Too bad! I was hoping to stay until the end and get some autographs and may be even pictures?

He straightens, letting go of the shower door!

"This anticipation will kill me even if making love doesn't" she declares to herself

He takes one step forward

Khanak: Shantanu not now! I am not even touching you. You need to shower first!

She taps the quartz tiles with her foot in nervousness, her toe ring sounds like drums to her ears.

He covers the distance, picks her up in one swift move, and walks back out to the bedroom.

Her legs are flailing "What is this? a Hollywood movie?" doesn't elicit one response from him. He lays her on the bed and descends on her.

Its like those 5 or so months didn't happen. The charge, was still there, the attraction had increased multifold.
