Or she could have paid after 6 months to him...that's the time limit she has given to her marriage! She thinks Shaan will be done with her by then!

But this was a well thought out plan! I don't know whether she knew about the effect or not but definitely she knew it won't be taken too well. So the sly transfer instead of a khullam khulla check to him.

refusing marraige...don't think so. it would've been a glitche sure. and there might've been a few silent treatments...but it would've gone like all other fights...with the difference that he would've made sure to deal with this one later when they got a chance...

it would've mattered but he would've taken it as one of her stubbornness and whatever other reasons he gives himself to let go of all her antics...

he was far too determined to be married to her. he wouldn't have let anything keep it from being a special day for her and him. he would've still been as serious into the rituals.

but now i have to question if she really knew what she was doing. i mean she couldn't have been so blinded to not realize that sure she needs to pay him back. but doing so int he manner she did would create a huge gap.

it was her only that was beyond mad when she learned that he was being sneaky and working even though he was on vacation. so what made her think that her being sneaky. in something not so trivial as work would be ok.

Chris if he was being tacit about his work I can understand...why u know, because he was not neglecting her in any way. He was working when she was not around or sleeping not like working away when she is near asking for his attention. There is a difference. And if she wanted she could have worked too when he wasn't there. So I won't call his working being sneaky! He was very open about it, he knew she knew he was working. He was simply smug about it.

What I feel is she thought he will crib & give in slowly but didn't realise he can be so thunderous in his rage. She thought she will get away just like she did everytime with Suraj. She had no idea that Shaan would be so volatile. But hopefully she learnt her lesson. All her life no body has said something so strong or has been mean to her in any way be it her parents or Suraj. She is defiant that way & for the 1st time in her life she faced an equal of hers. It will take a while for her to grasp this.
