as much as i'm enamored with this shaan with each update. i love that this khanak is so grounded and real.

even ppl who've known each other and get married have doubts of if they're doing the right thing when marriage is around the corner or in those initial first few days. and if that marriage is arranged. i can't even begin to fathom.

life time is a pretty long time. and to have jumped into that boat within just 4 months. sure she is making herself feel better thinking it wont last long once they get past this phase. but she herself knows too that she is only saying that to say it. because everything else she does contradicts it.

she has fallen for this man. more than she realizes or wants to admit. she wouldn't fight with him so fiercely or be so gloomy over the repercussions of their fights if she hadn't.

i love the contrast of the genders. shaan has no qualms or second guesses. sure he wonders if all marriages are like this. but its not the same. he wasn't uprooted from his comfort zone.

and not to mention she comes with the additional baggage of her class, and fears of being a jinx and old marriage and etc.

i am glad they get to go to boston. because that will put them in a place where its just the two of them. being in the home with his family. gives them that cushion to avoid having to face each other and tackle and learn things. irrespective of whether they were fighting or not.

i am glad that as much as she worries and wonders and feels guilty at times. he is all what anyone that has jumped into this ship would wish for and plus some.

you've seriously made me actually be fond of arranged marriages... the concept...

loved! the ending. there were no second guesses on the fact that he would come. full circle indeed. hope perhaps from here they can have that ease back into their relationship.
