Body
Fitness – "Fitness isn't about being slim; it's about maintaining your health. My aim is not to be overly thin but to remain fit. Hence, I make it a point to go almost every day to the gym. Exercising helps me stay fit.
Diet – I am an absolute foodie. However, at the same time I do follow a diet and try and avoid rice and oily food. My breakfast consists of nuts, mostly chanaa and singdana with a cup of tea. Then after 2 hours I drink a glass of coconut water. Lunch 2-3 rotis and vegetables. Along with the cooked sabzi, I even eat some raw veggies. I eat a light evening snack and have a fruit for dinner.
Mind
Whenever I feel stressed, I meet my friends. The people who are close to me are the ones who can bring a smile to my face. Listening to old songs is also extremely de stressing. I love photography and watching movies keeps me relaxed. Another method of unwinding and de stressing is shopping. I love shopping.
Spirit
I am spiritual. However, being spiritual doesn't mean you have to keep doing puja's and following rituals. Yes, it is important to remember God but spirituality also means keeping in mind that there is someone out there who is constantly watching you and helping you when you as well. I am a follower of Ganeshji and Shivji.
