Today's episode is clear evidence of what Rahul-Jenny characters have done to RBO! Very sad indeed. Not at all needed. The CVs had such a good story, and two superb performers in KT and Yashu. And yet they had to seek 'parallel leads'😆

I agree to your point. Even if Rahul is shown it the best of light.. just is not going to cut it as damage is done!!!

That storyline is just not going to fit in ever in RBO!

You know actually regardless of ShaNak… I would say they(RaJen/RaSam) just didn't fit in.. they were brought in with 'larger than life' image.. that just didn't cut it in this simple show!

I totally agree with you.. any new character that is been brought in is assessed according to the talent we have in the show currently.. (namely YT and YM as leads)

I will not deny that Manish must have been really good in his earlier shows and that is not my point of debate but I do think that we can't get the same from him in this show due to the character assignation they have done.. Like Shalini said.. it is going to be unforgivable with the baggage he has in RBO!

I have absolutely No understanding of Jenny what so ever.. just no link at all!

Ditto you.. love the Cameo.. with them I think we can give the leads a necessary break and a good chance for the cameo's!

I loveee the bringing Gopi back and getting her with Duck.. that will be cute.. why is it that CV's don't think of it.. make use of the talent that we have currently in the show.. vs RaJen where the storyline is baseless and nonenjoyable!!!

We have seen lots other shows where actors put in time with media or other commitments that are visible.

Frankly I think we have a GEM in RBO.. why is it not getting the promotion it deserves.

We have the most amazing actors .. why are they not getting their due.

We as a forum can only do so much.. frankly I would love to go to other forums and ck out if they feel the same as

Us about RaJen and about the promotion of this show!! I completely agree with your write.. correctly written..

a patch of concrete in the center of a garden...unnecessary, damaging and hazardous to the garden and those wanting to enjoy the garden...

Bannngg on!!! This patch of concrete is here to stay as a bandage.. and sore to the eyes (sorry to be blunt about this guys!)

I would love for a CV to read this and respond.. we need to know what is going on.. we know what is up with ShaNak.. and we appreciate all that they do for us with them.. but we also have to visually watch ( I know very redundant use of words haha) RaJen.. and they owe us this explanation!!!

We need an answer to this immediately as ...Rajen is just not tolerable at all...

Thanks soo much for raising this question...Please also do send a link to the CVs (if anyone can)...a mystery only they can solve...Manish is a really good actor and he is being wasted here. I didn't mind him at the start...atleast it sort of went with the story (talking about his entry only) , but what they did with this character was totally ridiculous!...maybe viewers could have accepted if the MMS track was dealt with in a proper way...Blame goes to the writers for it, I believe. From the begining they failed to give these new characters a proper story..to start with the reason for revenge was quite stupid, like what did Shaan do to him for him to come back in 5 yrs for soo called 'revenge'...with Rahul however his character is we atleast know where he came from and who he is...but what about Jenny? Came out the blue - no idea why she is here etc etc...their scenes just don't make any sense. RBO was unique till they felt the need for this 'parallel lead'....

The damage is done, These two characters are just not fitting in...No matter what they do now, viewers cannot connect with them...Still if they want to keep them write a story which can atleast blend them in...

Completely agree with you Veena.

I was a bit apprehensive about posting here as I would feel really bad if like the rest of the RBO team, Manish and Ansha were to visit the forum and read this. Having said that, i think everybody has made it clear that this isn't a personal attack on the actors but the characters they portray.

Even though I'm guilty of skipping their scenes, I feel bad for the actors because like the others, they too put their hard work and effort into the show - only they don't get appreciation from the audience. And it's not their fault at all. You can only work with what you're given, and the blame for this goes entirely to the CV's and storywriters.

In my opinion there is no way they can redeem Rahul's character, it has been butchered beyond repair! Firstly, he comes back into Shaan's life planning to get revenge for something that frankly was not a big deal. Is madly in love with Sam, yet the minute she leaves he is running around after Jenny like a lovesick puppy! Their 'love story' goes from a one-night-stand 5 years back to getting engaged within a number of days of her entering his life again - how illogical is that?!

And who can forget the infamous MMS issue! I for one certainly can't. The way he got away with that still irks me every time he comes onscreen. What's even more infuriating is that to accomodate his character, the CV's are willing to tarnish the characters that we all love so much. I mean how could the storywriters show Shaan forgiving him so easily, Khanak being ok with their friendship and Sunil willing to go into business with him!

Of late, we've seen how the storywriters are trying to get the audience to sympathise with his character due to money issues etc. but honestly I don't think it'll work. The audience has been waiting patiently for the last couple of months for improved characterisation or some positive synergy between Rahul's storyline and Shanak's, but i'm afraid the damage has been done.

We've even made excuses for the poor direction of the story, blamed the 6 day format, but the truth is the show already had many wonderful characters that they could have focused on and developed storylines for. I would much rather the creators of the show stopped putting so much emphasis on this nonsensical storyline and gave our beloved Shanak a proper track - because lets face it - they are the reason we watch the show!

Sorry for the long post, i've really gotta work on keeping them shorter. Lol.

Honestly I have nothing against the actors manish and ansha.. but the characters rahul and jenny haven't been written well... something is missing which is why its hard for audiences to connect. The CVs need to look into this and work on their characters or rework the track accordingly.

Well as everyone said...I also want to make it clear that Manish and Ansha are fantastic actors⭐️..no doubts about that...

But RaJen story is starting to look more and more disconnected from the show by each passing day...😡

First I thought that maybe the six days schedule has left them with no option than this so called parallel track...and we should try and understand it...but now they are chocking my throat...😕

A parallel track needs to have some bloody (sorry for this) logic...

It shouldn't be only about picking some random friend of one of the main leads who was nowhere in the show before and then showing us his unbelievably logicless love story...👎🏼

It might have worked had it been a new show...both of them are good actors...but just don't fit in Rbo...

I am afraid...just because of RaJen ..I might start losing my interest in the show...😭

The only thing keeping me glued is ShaNAk 😃which I can obviously catch on you tube once in a week...and I don't want to do this...😭

I don't want them to reduce RaJen'screen space or give them a better story line or whatever....just want them "out" 😡of the show...

( I am sure everyone in this forum will give them the best farewell ever)

I don't mind the cv's showing any crapy reason their exit...I don't even mind if they just cut them out without giving them a proper ending..just cut them out..( no offense to the actors though😊)

About the parallel track issue...the cv's have many open ends...

concentrate on K-family...aki-boo ..even Madhavi and Sunil..they are so adorable...try getting cameos once in a while...and what about dadi...get her back...bahut kuch hain yaar..but please not a permanent

RaJen ko nikalo ....please...before the show losses its charm...which is so not fair on the part of Yasharan and K-family...😡

pheww....frustration out.....extremely sorry if it sounds harsh...but after seeing yesterday's episode..I just couldn't control myself...

I still maintain that Manish and Ansha are great actors...and I hope their skills are used in some new show...Rbo main fit nahi ho rahe ho boss...😔

Very well said guys, this story is for shanak, we need a good storyline for them, not some kind comedy and that's it. Not just physical attraction but also some emotional bonding is required. We don't need rajen at all.
