You know Yumna,I never read Judith McNaught.Borrowed Whitney,my love and did a bad thing of reading the reviews on amazon first where people were in rage cos the hero ra--s her?All her books seem to have the same type of aggressive heroes'.True?

Have you read that one-forgot the name-where the guy believes that his wife has died and is locked up in the study with the panther she gave him...The anguish in that scene.Gosh.

I can imagine KT doing that.And YM coming in and being all I am not dead.

Oh god.

Smitha-you need to read JMs.And while I had issues with Whitney, it was my 2nd favourite JM actually.

Absolutely loved how she approaches him to do the teeka post engagement.

He just cuts her off by holding her hand

I believe there is a symbolism to it in Hindus

Where women cannot apply teeka on hubbies?

There is a sibling connotation to it

Thats why when she asks Gopi to take over, he willingly lets her do it

But refuses to let Khanak apply it

HE DOES NOT SEE her that way😳😉

SUPER INTENSE

Ek intensity meter hona chahiye.

This one was 10/10

I didn't know that,applying teeka has a sibling thing.That scene where he enters to the puja room till he leaves her was just so beautifully done

I used to read a lot.Mostly fiction,American authors.Since this obsession with RBO,ShaNak and recently YashAran started,stopped reading completely.Always buy so many but not even reading

Yumna-I will have to try once again then!
