BRILLIANT interaction in the kitchen
Who said Goradiyas held the key to a solid nok-jhok
Man! These two are rocking
I must have laughed multiple times ALL to myself thinking about the
1. 1940s ki movie
2. Doodh to iska khaana hai
ALL while waiting at a traffic signal, only to have people give me odd looks. Ab RBO ke wajah se kya kya jhelna padega, who knows!
KT & YM are splendid! Amazing actually
They talk to each other like a REAL hubby and wife do.
They cant get any better than this, they JUST CANNOT
I am totally impressed with that interaction today in the kitchen
Wonder who wrote those lines, its tailor made for these two
NOW..........What is it going to take for a big name producer of movie house to noitce them?
SIGH!

Shantanu is making too much fun of Khanak and her English, isn't he?Saturday I thought it was pure frustration that had him saying tarture lol.But today the way he said 'madern' was just too good lol and Khanak's expressions were too good.Indication that they are going to give something regarding Paatshaala?I so would love to see that

SIGH!

A rom-com made with KT and YM as leads will be just fab! I can't think of any on-screen pair in Bollywood who share such fabulous chemistry, and can actually act! These two are a riot onscreen... Someone mentioned abt the scene ystrday where Sunil and Madz are going on abt the baby and Khanak laughs, and Shaan gives her one 'lok' and she tries to control her laughter! It's just a nanosecond but too good! 👏

Wish we have an off-screen peak at how KT-YM prepare for their scenes...

Yashu kept saying on facebook last wk that she had lot of masti on the sets. Now we can see that! She and KT must have had loads of fun with the pup and all! 😃

Hey i agree!! I was thinking of so many romantic comedies which would suit them
Sigh what would happen to all those who are really talented and wanting to make it big in
hindi film indsutry but no papa/mama or relatives to launch SIGH !!!!!
The hindi film world today is dominated mainly by a handful !!!!!!
The few newcomers are always mostly seen in low budget multi complex films only which
are unknown to many because of the lack of huge publicity and hardly a week aftert their
release they are into dish tvs..with only very few exceptions
even ranveer singh of band baaja baarat many say was into the film because he paid a huge
amount of money !!
dont know the truth but still guess atleast he has the back up to pay such money and his dad
is a very big shot!!!
Anyways kt/ym are extremely talented in acting!!! No doubts at all !!!!
Really they seem to be effortless natural and so cool in delivering their scenes!!!
I did not like khanaks talk with in-laws yesterday
but was very happy she did not pravachan shantanu and just stopped with saying it is
enough it is too much!!!
But I guess they wanted to show she is taking the side of in- laws by understanding their side of the coin..
and I loved shaans expressiosn where he sees khanak laughing he gives a stare and she
changes her expression to normal...he nods like hmm..have that fear or something!!
and khanaks expression when she tries to make shaan feel normal with the doggy It was so
natural like we would make a person attempt something new..
dude/banoo shanak/yasharan in the kitchen was too good.. Yasharan u both are too good !!!
BTW i guess now shaan and khaank would agree to become parents or may be have no
hesitation atleast
But dont think they would show difficulty in conceving or miscarriage or losing the baby and all
because already one abortion(khushboo) has been shown..
.further geet has already done the same track of losing the baby just now !!!
Plus hopefully they know very well such serious tracks are not liked much by RBO viewers..
But cant say they may plan it for an emotional touch...
Dharam bha was too good
seriously in many super rich familes children have better raport with servants and drivers
etc., than with the parents
AND wow!! no rajen scene at all yesterday i was so relieved!!!!
Hope they show offscreen masti and fun with yasharan and K family
I

Shriya,
Am very surprised to hear what u said abt Ranveer Singh of BBB! Gosh!

Am hoping some smart producer /director catches RBO on TV and realises what a boon KT-YM chemistry is, and cast them in a film. Even, small, indie films do well these days...

Re Khanak's talk with her in-laws, i wish she had said them without crying. Wud hav made more impact. We have seen Khanak speak with firmness and no tears before... why is she crying too much these days? What she said was ok, that she wants to be a mother but doesnt know what Shaan wants. She just wants to assure her in-laws that she wont do what Khushboo did.

Loved Shaan's 'maadarn' 👏

Loved how Khanak admonished Shaan when he called the dog 'Kutta'👏

Ditto my views, Gaayu!!! Khanak could have had a heart to heart with her in-laws, minus the overstimulation of her lacrimal glands!!!
In fact, felt the same way, about her excessive smiling while trying to cajole Shaan to part with the puppy!! 😕 Kind of took away something from the essence of the moment, IMO......
In sharp contrast, the restraint shown in her silent exchange with Shaan, when 'Rocket' is taken away......conveyed their sense of loss bang-on!! Clap

@ Do D, lacrymal glands? LOL...😆

@ CC friends,
There has been lot of criticism about the lines spoken by Khanak ystrday. I just saw the 1 p.m repeat, and I still feel her lines were not as horrible as we think.

This is what she said:

'Shaan is wrong', when Sunil tells Madz that Shaan still feels he has not been a good parent.

Khanak then says 'Shaan is wrong to think that way, and I want to apologise on his behalf. You two have done a lot for him, have provided him with this house, car, money, you have provided so much that it will last four births (she should have said four generations; can't carry wealth from one janam to next, LOL).... whatever Shaan said, he said in anger. Please don't take it to heart'.

I don't understand where exactly she went wrong with this. Khanak comes from a background where children are taught to be always grateful for what parents do. Shaan comes from a background where what parents do is seen along with what they don't. Neither one is wrong exactly. The two just come from two different value systems. In Khanak's view, one should not talk back to parents. In Shaan's view, if parents are wrong, they should be told.

Material wealth alone s not enough for children; they also need time and attention. But it' a very hard balance to strike and parents cannot be scolded just for that. Even in going after money and business, Sunil surely thought only of giving his children what he himself did not have. Exactly how Shaan now thinks; he wants to give his children what he didn't have, that is, parental attention. Every generation thinks like that only na? So how is Khanak wrong to see it from her POV?

She probably still doesn't know the whole picture. Which is why I think it would be a very good idea to explore Madhvi's story. For which we need Dadi back also... yes, it wll become 'family drama' but when RBO was 'family drama' it was good na... Shifting focus from 'family' to 'friends' does not always reap benefits...

Khanak says Sunil and Madz did not pressurise her and she is at a point in life where she knows she wants to be a mother. How is that wrong? Is she supposed to only want what her husband wants? Now that would make her a 'bharatiya naari' types... not what she said yesterday, that she wants it while she is not sure what her husband wants.

Khanak did not say 'Mummy ji, Ada, I wll make your dream come true... I wl make you dada, dadi... I wll make Shantanu understand and even force him if needed'... she said nothing of that sort. She only said 'I am sure eventually Shaan will also want that'.

Shaan hasn't said he never wants to be a father, so Khanak hopes that it is only a question of time. Is she wrong to think so?

Remember the hotel episode where the tarot card reader predicted that Khanak would have a daughter and a son?. Khanak blushed in happiness. Which means, she has always wanted to be a mom. She is married, and the next stage of progress for her is to become a mom. Why should we criticise her for that?

Of course it would be wonderful if the CVs show Khanak being ambitious and wanting to go to college or office... but that does not mean, wanting to be a mother makes her regressive.

I actually think, the lines given to Khanak yesterday, has kept the whole track open-ended...

In fact, i think the dialogue between Shaan and Dharam, while cute, is very filmy... the kids' names, the questions Shaan asked 'Bacche paida karke aapne galti toh nahin ki' etc... very cliched!

While I get where Shaan is coming from, I don't like the way he is forcing his view on Khanak. Because he is not ready, Khanak has to wait, is it? Why cannot he ask Khanak 'Why are you so sure we are ready to be parents' or tell her why he is not?
