hmm ... Kya bolu???

am amazed the way u write these scenes between them ... everytime there is something new and increasingly romantic.

I love the way you have portrayed their emotions and attachment.

But I'm not sure how the girlfriend talk goes there ... how come she does not react to that? He is also still continuing his relationship with Mahi???

u have kept us guessing again ... you are too good, and u know that, don't you?

Ur ff is injurious to my mind & wrok , 😆they dnt allow me to concentrate in offc, every 10mins I refresh IF to c if new one has come nd end up being disappionted. After reading every part I promise myself nt to open the thread till u give us the end part, but I fail......blame it on my poor will power or ur killng writing skill😆

Jokes apart...Aditee....this is one the best FF that I have read so far...nd u r a brilliant writer......ur writing skill, ur imaginatios, ur storytelling...I m fidaa over all.

Thanks to each and everyone of you for loving it so much

I absolutely love writing it

I imagine the Shaan and Khanak of the KKH scene when I write it.

I am happy he picked that as one of his faves in the anniversary interview.

I enjoy reading each and every one of your comments

Thanks for loving the realism, the crackle, the chemistry the verbal sparring, the jodi as they "Would be" in real life

These are simple everyday conversations of two people slowly getting attracted to each other........... the settings and conversations are spun around real feelings and emotions.

I dont speak 8 pages of lines when I have to talk about some issue so writing something like that is quite a challenge

This FF is proving to be a great distraction for me

My heart was thudding in fear.. can imagine Khanak's but stupendously.. all he can do is tease her.. 😉😃😳 But loved the way he eased the worry from her.. mwaaa Shaan... typical shaan like!!!

But each look, each touch, each breath screams for mercy... khanak with her heart shining in her eyes and his heart carried on his sleeve.. what else can I say but watch like this...😍

Sigh am waiting... as ever it will take.. so that I can get his emotions as the storm brews inside him too....😳

Tuesday 3 PM ish

Mangal Kunj Malabar Hill

This is a quick one to accommodate Saaz's request.

The feelings waala will come up next.

Khanak: You cant take time off during the project. That's what I meant!

Shaan: I know exactly what you meant.

Khanak (sits opp him on another couch) why are you alone at home? Your folks are never home (the second one comes out in a sulk)

He smiles

Shaan: Becoz Bhaiya and Bhabhi are off to Macau for 4 days, Dad's in Taiwan'' Mom was around this morning, she said something abt a dentist appt'''' does that help? (mocks gently)

Khanak: Oh! Well'' I just think when someone is sick they should not be left alone (haughty)

Shaan: that's true actually! '''''''''''''.. You should stay! (the second line barely audible)

Khanak: I am not family! (it just pops out of her mouth)

There is a tense silence now

Shaan: Thanks for worrying so much (stretches his arms sideways, unlatches the velcro strap of the sling at the back of his neck)

She looks up to see it fall off on his lap

Shaan grimaces in pain, she jumps up from the couch as if it shocked her physically'''' walks over "Kya hua aapko?"

Khanak: kaise nikal gaya?"

Shaan: I have no idea (reaches for it and stretches it with his left hand) I will be OK, tum itna ghabra kyon jaati ho

Khanak: I'''.. I'''. just worry''.. it must hurt a lot (anguished)

Wonders how he can be so unaffected after being in a car wreck

Khanak: May i?

Shaan grins, "May I what?" leans back and checks her out with a smile

She fidgets, standing by the couch''.. "You do have a concussion I believe" (snaps)

Khanak: Main phir se laga doon'''..?? Only if you don't mind? (kind)

Shaan: Florence''''.(murmurs scanning her worried face admiringly) Sure!

Khanak: Deejiye phir!

Shaan smiles at her pure unadulterated Hindi''.. "Leejiye" (grins)

Khanak: I am sorry, my Hindi is so archaic''. Don't worry, you don't have to endure it much longer.

Shaan: Just kidding! (handing it to her, she tries to figure it out) do u speak Hindi at home?

Khanak: No! Gujarati (whats the big deal? Don't you speak your native language? Tone) Don't you?....... speak.(Punjabi)

Shaan: Nope! Only with Dadi''.. mostly English, sometimes Hindi (she approaches him)

Khanak: Aap pehle seedhe baithiye (order)

He straightens up''revelling in the authority

Shaan grabs it from her and shows how it would go around.

She is nervous, but just nods, kneels down in front of the couch

Holds one end in her left hand, spreds the other on his lap, goes to touch his arm, then does not, he waits'' she finally picksit up and places it gently on the center of the sling strap, aligns it carefully

"Yeh theek hai?" checks

He nods, staring into her eyes.

Khanak: Abhi haath, uthaiye? Slowly, please I don't want to hurt you

He does, she takes the ends and pastes the edges behind his neck. They are the closest to each other since the day they had kissed.

She lets go of her arms around his neck , but he still does not raise his head.

Shaan: Mujhe Gujarati sikhaogi?

They play the face hide and seek, one side to another''effectively speaking into the other person's ear

Khanak: Sure''.. but only if you promise not to teach me Punjabi

He laughs at the quick wit "So we have a deal?" (looks into her eyes)

She nods''.

Knock on the door!
