Shaan & khanak headed towards the boss cabin

In the boss cabin

Shaan & khanak:- sir may we come in

Boss:- come in

Boss:- oh shaan khanak cme cme hve a seat aao betho

Shaan & khanak both sat down in front of the boss

Shaan:- sir aapne hume bulaya

Boss:- haan shaan maine tumhe aur khanak ko yahaan bulaya woh actually main tumhe thank you kehna chahta tha shaan jo tumne khanak ka suggestion diya aur khanak s d perfect partner for u shaan

Khanak & shaan:- ji sir???? Khanak & shaan gave a questioning look to the boss who then corrected himself & said

Boss:- arre khanak shaan mera matlab tha ki tum aur shaan perfect company de paoge ek doosre ko aur tum dono ki team as managers bilkul perfect hai

Shaan:- haan sir hum bilkul perfect partners banenge as managers aur iss company ko bahut upar pahuchayenge, kyun khanak??

As soon as shaan had started speaking khanak was continuously staring at shaan but shaan didn't notice it initially but after he completed speaking he looked at khanak & again said as he saw khanak staring at her

Shaan:- khanak

But still khanak did not respond & kept staring at him

So shaan 1^st looked at the boss who was looking everywhere except shaan so that shaan doesen't feel awkward & then shaan looked back at khanak & waved his hand in front of him & khanak came out of her trance & felt awkward thinking the way she was staring at shaan & after she came out of what she was thinking shaan said

Shaan:- khanak tumne meri baat ka jawaab nahi diya

Khanak not dared to look into his eyes, she just looked down & said:- kaisa jawaab & finally the boss even looked at them & understood that there was something between them.

Shaan:- khanak maine kaha tha ki hum dono perfect partners banenge as managers & hum is company ko bahut uchaiyon pe le jaayenge right??

Khanak:- ya right

Boss:- good

Boss:- ab tum log jaao aur main peon ko keh ke kuch files bhij war aha hoon tum log uspe kaam karna start kar dena because hume uss file ki presentation 4 din baad deni hai aur shaan khanak tum dono iski presentation prepare karoge ok

Shaan & khanak together said ok sir

Boss:- now you can leave

Shaan & khanak:- thank you sir

They both left the boss's cabin & headed towards their cabin

In their cabin

Shaan:- chalo ab se humara kaam shuru hota hai hain na khanak, he said while sitting on his chair & putting his hand behind his head

When he didn't hear any reply from khanak he turned to see why didn't khanak replied & he saw her in deep thoughts

Firstly he thought that was she again thinking about her parents but then a thought came to his mind that khanak was now totally over with all those thoughts of her parents & now she was leading a new life & she was happy in her new life but then what was she thinking

Finally he decided that he would ask khanak only about what was she thinking so he went to her chair & shaked her by her shoulders & then she came out of her thoughts

Shaan:- khanak kya hua kya soch rahi thi tum

Khanak:- uhh………….main main toh kuch bhi nahi soch rahi thi

Shaan:- cmon khanak u really think ki tum mujhse apni feelings chupa sakti ho, chalo ab batao ki kya soch rahi thi

Khanak:- maine bola na shaan kuch nahi bas yeh hi soch rahi thi ki aaj se humara kaam start hua hai n I hope hum log iss kaam mein bahut successful hoye

Shaan:- haan main bhi yehi chahta hoon ki hum log successful hoye aur humari company bhi bahut achchi chale

Khanak:- haan

The peon then came with the files which the boss had sent for shaan & khanak to work on

Shaan:- lo files bhi aa gayi so lets start

Both of them sat on 1 table next to each other & shaan was looking into the files & khanak was pretending to look into the files but she was thinking of something else

Khanak (in her mind):- khanak yeh tujhe kya hogaya tha yeh tu kya soch rahi thi, tere dimag mein aise khayal aaye bhi kaise, shaan tera best friend hai aur tu uske baare mein aise kaise soch rahi thi. Kyun kyun main shaan ki taraf aaj kal attract hoti hoon kyun mera mann karta hai apna saara time usi ke saath spend karu kyun. Kahin mujhe shaan se……………nahi nahi aisa nahi ho sakta shaan toh mera best friend hai main lagta hai aaj kal pagal ho gayi hoon isiliye aisa soch rahi hoon nahi toh shaan toh mera best friend hai main bhala uske baare mein aisa kyun sochungi. Haan khanak tu pagal ho gayi hai par ab main aisa nahi sochungi shaan ke baare mein. Shaan mera best friend hai aur hamesha rahega chahe kuch bhi ho jaaye.

After khanak struggled to get over the thoughts which were flooding her mind she went back to work & decided to concentrate on the files so that she doesen't have such weird thoughts. She started working on the files & both shaan & khanak had their heads deep into the files & they didn't realize when the whole day had passed while working on the files only. So at 8 at night they were done with most of the files & only a few were left to be done which they would hardly take an hour or 2 to complete so they decided to complete these files the next day & with this they left the office.

They talked in the car all throughout their journey from office to their house in general. Khanak was asking about sunil, madhvi & khushboo & akshay & her most favourite dadi. Shaan told her about everyone & they kept talking on their way back to home & soon they reached home & ate the food which khanak & shaan had together already prepared in the morning for night & went to their rooms to have a nice & a peaceful sleep after so much of hard work. Soon both of them drifted into a peaceful sleep & their day ended on a happy note.
