It's Shantanu's turn to come to terms with Khanak's past and we also never saw him stressing over too much about the accident he caused may be cos Khanak has forgiven him,but seeing Sunny sure would bring back those guilty feelings along with the fear of losing Khanak.

Continuing the discussion in Veena's thread....Alot of us agree that ShaNak need to talk about their feelings and love....I also think it will be part of their whole grieving process....

The wish for ShaNak to to speak openly has been stated since their friendship days....As you will see in the posted thread.....ShaNak Should Tell Eachother The Truth

Now is the perfect time for ShaNak to have that heart-to-heart talk, which we have mentioned in numerous other threads too😃

dear goshhh.. this is going to happen... the process starts....

The good thing in all this is they will come out winners.. we know that.. they love each other way too much for anyone or anything like this to come between them.. it is a challange in their relationship.. they need to face it!

Great post again May!! And I agree too. But at the same time I agree with Veena too. Shantanu needs to do away with his evils more than Khanak. As she already dealt with the demons of her past when sunny appeared with the storm that created a furroar in their lives. She banished those demons away as she relaised that she already loved Shantanu. Suraj's memorytoo has been erased from her heart and soul bu her love for Shantanu.

It is actually Shantanu who needs to deal with his demons. He is still trapped by those very demons as he showed his mistrust towards Khanak, whom he loves and is afraid to lose to Sunny. His trust is taking a battering as he does not still trust himself. You see love is so weak sometimes that it becomes difficult to trust one's own self. That fear of losing always remains especially when you know that your wife had a past. Given the same situation reversed, Khanak too would feel the insecurity, but of course she might have dealt it differently. But nevertheless she too would have felt the same fear that Shantanu felt and hence his mistrust.

Not straying away from the gist of the post, yes Shantanu needs to face the devils that are within him and drive them away. But Khanak also should not forgive easily... let Shantanu sweat it out a bit!! We want to see the roothna and manaana too!!
