@Sana: If you have ideas, throw them here....else when the chairing committee is formed, they can delegate the work....

BTW, I lovedddddddddddd ur idea and I have an additional idea for this but let me see if tht can happen on top of ur idea...BUT I LOVED IT TOTALLY! 😳😉😛

@Shriya: You are definitely in the Celebration Commitee!! Now, Do you wanna be the one chairing team too?

@Krishna, Gaayu: Would you wanna join hands and form the chairing team??? I had you two in mind....This is what the Chairing Team would do -

1. Get Ideas from members...

2. Throw your own ideas...

3. Finalize the ideas that would be part of the celebration.

4. Decide how each one would be executed to the last T.

5. Delegate the ideas to various members in the Celebration Committee. Those are the ones that have been gracious enough to offer help.

6. You can take up few ideas to implement.

7. Monitor/Manage the show during the execution of the ideas and see if the delegated party is not falling into trouble.

8. Let veena or me know if during the course, there is a need for escalation.

9. The final plan that you make after step 3 and also after step 5, please just Veena and Me know so, that we can run it against the IF rules and give it a GO!!!

This is essentially what I expect from the chairing person...Unfortunately this requires time and I am out of it....Hence, I am looking upto you both!!....When Veena comes back, I am sure she would be actively involved too....I have stated the deadlines in the primary post...

So, are you both up for it?

Yes, I was thinking in the direction of involving RBO Team too...Do we have contacts? Can we send flowers? If we do, we could build a greeting card, post our messages and the person gng to the sets can print our messages AS-IS as a JPEG and paste it to the Card!!!

I will be happy to work with Krishna as chair/table/flower vase, whatever:)

As for people going on sets, dont know ya... Hav u heard from Veena or Karishma?

I have no idea how one would get address for the RBO team. Will ask Divya. She sent the ShaNak scrap book by post I think.

Chalo Paashaaoan, shuru ho jaao! 😆

We have Shriya, May, Pooja, Ammu, Jaya, Beeni, Sana, Adee in the celebration committee......Please build a plan and delegate the work...Let me know if you hit any road blocks....

Also, Please have a plan by 28th dec and we will go through it then!!!
