This could be the turning point of RBO!!

So, at this critical juncture with the new entrants and all, i just felt it's our moral responsibility😆 that RBO doesn't turn into another one of those done-to-death, run-of-the-mill serials! I'm aware that the CVs know their job, but we guys are no less right!🤣 On a more, serious note, just thought we cld share amongst ourselves some interseting ways in which we wld want RBO to unfold from this point onwards in order to truly make it the hatke serial that drew us to it in the first place!

First things first.......now that its pretty apparent that Sam and Rahul are going to be around for quite some time now, i definitely wld want some innovative ways of the reason behind the Shaan-Rahul tussle; please Rahul accusing Shaan of being a bade baap ka bigda beta or accusing Sam of infidelity with respect to Shaan are absolute no-no's. Instead i wld much rather see Ego creeping in between the friends and being the reason for the gang drifting apart, as is so commonly encountered in reality.

The ShaNak relationship.....Shaan and Khanak are 2 very strong individually scripted characters with their own set of strengths and follies; and together they are pure magic!! ShaNak and their interpersonal relationship is the USP of the show and hence this flavour of the show has to be retained, the new characters notwithstanding. In fact Duck, Sam, and Rahul can be woven beautifully into the script as long as they do not get into the mundane revenge or Rock On tracks! I mean these guys can still continue to have their individual careers despite having a common passion for music!! Coming back to ShaNak, Shaan and Khanak have always enamoured us with their friendly banter, cutie-pie flirting antics, and unadulterated wide-eyed innocence! (God, i still get goose-flesh thinking of their expressions in this context, when i remember their breakfast table encounter in K mansion immediately after the aborted Pune trip....that was to die for!!) But now's the time for them to discover new facets of their personality as they unravel the mystery of marriage together. They need to discuss their issues with one another, something as basic as Khanak's desire to fit into Shaan's gang, her dilemmas on the same, her self-doubts on whether she needs to mould herself for the same; and Shaan's take on the same....his reassurance, his citing the fact that its Khanak uniquenees that attracted him to her in the first place, and not just "Tum meri patni ho aur main tumse bahut pyar karta hoon" types!! Likewise, Shaan could also discuss his insecurities with Khanak, share his trials n tribulations, and they can find ways and means to overcome them together!!

Last but definitely not the least, there needs to be some more depth in the Sunil-Madhavi track.....divorce is not a goddamn joke guys; and some more consistency to the Akshay-Khusboo track.

Yes, I'd want some more depth in the relationships, I'd so like Shaan to talk to Khanak abt her feelings regarding his friends and so on..

I'd like him to be serious abt a job of some sort and start earning a living in earnest..and I want Khanak to encourage him..

I want Shaan to help Khanak with her English more, go back to the Paathshala just like he told Natasha that he was teaching her so that his mom and SIL did not make fun of her..he shud feel the same abt his friends too!!....I so want to see Khanak smile proudly again like she did after her little speech at the hotel...:)

OMG! i LOVED your post!! it had such a nice positve feeling to it i went like awwwwwwwww reading it 😳 and i couldn't agre with you more! i DEFINITELY want shaan to SHARE his problems with this girl he loves yar cuz sometimes just telling someone u love them and still staying in a shell kinda kills the essence of the relationship na? I wanted Khanak to say something like " Had you truly cared about me you wouldve shared your problems with me! what has been bothering you shantanu? please tell me i can help you out i WILL help you out! " you know somehting like that rather thaan "you lied to me!"

and shaan should have said something like "please give me some time! it's difficult for me" but we all know shaan wont say something like that he's too much of a burthal hmph😆

as for Sam and Rahul they can observe Shaan and Khanak's relationship and learn from it :) something that Sam, already is thinking about after her bonding session with Khanak (did i mention i LOVED that!😃) the infedility issue should NOT come up it'll leave a VERY bad taste that's a complete NO NO!

@Simi: love the way u articulate ur feelings too, dahling! The pager bit was inspired from u Dearie!! I'm glad u mentioned the Khanak speech episode, getting all mushy just thinking of that moment followed by Shaan's proud husband act.....its one of RBO's highlights for me really!!
