perrr it says RAW egg whites yaaarrrrr!!!
they say mix egg yolks in melted choclate.. and then whisk egg whites..and sab ko mix kar ke regrigerate kar do... aren't raw eggs unsafeee???? :(

@Sidra; How I wish I could help you with this, but I too follow the recipes from I-net, for the stuffs that are not my favourites.
You colud go with any way you like here, either you add it or not. I prefer with egg whites and I mix it with the mixture of melted chocolated and whipped cream....I don't know whether you could understand this or not, but still hope this would help

Sid............i cook a lot....have made some mousse like thing beating choco with cream.........but not this one,,.i would not go for raw thingy.........raw eggs....never used....

i guess i will go ahead and try with egg whites too... if they have listed them on so many recipes, it wouldnt really be unsafe then right? *hmmm* chalo kewl lemme try and will let u guys know how it turns out ! :D

per online recipes say to use raw egg whites and raw egg yolks to make it much more richer in flavour.... so for those of u who do make choclate mousse and can eat eggs: wud raw egg whites and yolks be safe? :s they say to mixxx the yolks with the melted warm chocolate..and to whisk the egg whites... has any1 tried this before??? i am confused as to whether i shud just mix melted choclate in whipped cream, or if i shud use eggs as well :S????

just read the comments after .. LOL..

OK.. sid you do need to fluff up the egg whites.. and make sure you fold in the mix not beat it in.. else all the mousse texture will be gone..
But YEP you do need the egg whites.. are you baking it or keeping it in the fridge to set!?

veenz she's keeping it in the fridge lol which is why she was so unsure about the raw eggs! i think she left to make it 🤣
