^^ Naah Krishna - you dont have to kill yourself to it! You may use English yaar... I just wanted us to have fun on this thread for the hindi words , so that we dont clutter the forum with too many posts on the shudd hindi words that are yet to be used by Khanak and Shaantanu!

Dont worry, we are not gonna take mickey out of you! Sorry I didnt realise that hindi would be too difficult for some on the forum...

Let me translate that for you...

The posts talks about Shaantanu being teased by Khank for his hindi and that it isnt always teh rural bred who are wierd to the city folks. the city folks are just as wierd to the rural bred andperhaps a lot more wierder as well!

And not all are lucky as SHaantanu Khandelwal who is lucky to get a gaaon ki gori who does make fun of his hindi but also helps him learn it... and get in touch with his roots!

Great topic Sareeta.....I just wrote a reply in hindi-english and then accidentally pressed the back space😭.....

Basiacally I was just saying I agree with you, ShaNak have taught each other so much without realising.....I was just telling Nikita the other day in the update thread, that our hindi has improved because of RBO....Living overseas really makes you apprieciate the beauty of our south asian laguages....I love listening to the pure urdu, parsi, marati, hindi, panjabi etc.....The CVs have done us a service👏👍🏼.....

I also wrote there was one dilemma about us writing in hindi-english....The time it takes( especially if it gets deleted😆) and not everyone has the same way of writing it (lost in tranlation🤣)......
