Preet comes with rishta of Ranbir and Rano. She gives Rano the khandaani kangan but Rano refuses the rishta taking everyone by a surprise. Kamla is very angry with the whole incident. Preet goes back home and tells everyone what happened. Everyone is shocked. But an ecstatic Tina informs Ranbir about Preet's move. Ranbir doesn't know about rano's refusal and excitedly goes to meet her. The family is furious about rano's denial though beeji understands why rano refused, after all the humiliation she was subjected to. By the time ranbir meets rano and is at his happiest best, he is shocked as rano breaks the news to him about not wanting to marry him at all.

Well, if her 'atma samman or swabhiman just got hurt, then she should have said she wanted time to think about it rather than completely ruling it out. When she wanted Ranbir more than anything. SHe could have talked to Ranbir to clear the air and misunderstanding and at least ask for an apology that this wouldn't happen again., at least before decling the proposal. She loves to hear taunts and ill treatments from Kamla, so now she can stay her babuji's place tolerating abuse. How stupid is that
